Palazzo Lezze - XVII century - Romantic apartment in Venice

Romantic and cozy apartment, recently renovated, in a palace of the XVII Century, situated in the heart of one of the most distinguished district of Venice (Cannaregio).

In a very quiet and well served area, with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything you need (WIFI, AIR COND, TV, etc.). Consists of:
- Spacious double bedroom,
- Large living room with a comfortable and large double sofa bed,
- Large kitchen, well equipped and recently reorganized
- New and comfortable bathroom with bath/shower.

The apartment has central heating, hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. There is Air Conditioning, even if the apartment is well ventilated and has very thick walls so it's pretty cool even in summer.
The bedroom and the living room have respectively one and two large windows on the facade of the building towards the south, that give much light in the environment.

During your stay you can easily contact us for any need (we live upstairs in the same building).
In the case might be of interest to you, we can plan a tour to the islands of the lagoon in our motor or sail boat.

- Max 10 minutes walk to the main tourists and cultural attractions,
- 3 minutes walk from to the vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal (Station: Ca 'd' Oro)
- 8-minute walk to the ALILAGUNA Boat Service Stop from the Marco Polo Venice Airport.

Perfectly delightful!

The apartment was delightful! The photos did not do it justice. The decor was charming, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was excellent and hearing the water from the canal just outside the bedroom window was so soothing at night. We were initially a bit concerned that we'd be too far away from museums and the like, but it was only 5 mins walk to the Ca'Doro Vaporetto stop for the #1 (which takes you anywhere in Venice) and maybe 10 mins to the Fondemente Nove to go to Murano, Burano or the airport. It's such a lovely neighborhood, not touristy in the slightest. There's a grocery near by, a local bakery down the block, a wine bar and many restaurants. We've already recommended the apartment to several friends and would absolutely book it again on our next trip.

A lovely and roomy apartment

Everything was just beautiful. Loved the location and the apartment. Only downside that host was intense about our arrival time, for several days prior, which we did not know prior to leaving the area we were in. We also cautioned that our phones were not working well and if we were not directly on Internet, that our comm. may be tricky. The intensity continued and felt angry to us. Same when leaving, the question about leaving was followed with four ?. We did leave before checkout and really were feeling pressured. I am also a host and do not pressure my guests on either side of their visit.

Wonderful apartment

We highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and easy to get everywhere. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay a few days longer in Venice. Thank you for the awesome lodging.

Wonderful location and apartment

We liked just about everything during our stay. Two suggestions: better lighting for reading in the living room. And figuring out a better shower curtain because the shower is tiny and one easily soaks the whole floor getting in and out. Great communication with the host who did his best to help us when our flight from Venice was canceled and a 24 hour strike disabled most means of travel.
