We rent out to families and groups of adults above 30.
NB: the house is approved as a rental property by the Spanish authorities, ie we pay tax on rental income. The key-holder is also registered and approved with the Guardia Civil.

Living space 110 m2 on one level, with open solution; living room with TV, dining room and kitchen.
New modern "funkis" housing with large window surfaces gives lots of light and openness. There is access to the pool area and garden from both the living room and kitchen side.
There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with double beds, and 1 with bunk beds. All bedrooms have large mirror sliding wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms w / wc and shower.
The kitchen is richly equipped with stove, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, kettles and all glassware, dishes, crockery and more.
The outdoor area is very rich and spacious, with sun from morning to evening. You can walk around the house and the site has walls all around, so here you are safe for the kids. There is airy and good light on the property. Likewise very good lighting outside when it gets dark in the evening.
On the roof terrace is the fully equipped kitchen and large barbecue. In addition, there is a cozy "tent" with roofs and walls, where there is a spacious seating area.
The pool is 3x7 m and with easy access with stairs. This has saline that is very comfortable for the skin, compared to chlorinated water. We have our own Poolman who 1-2 times a week checks / cleans the pool.
Besides the pool with sun beds and beds there are several seating areas.
It is well laid out with non-slip tiles around the house, as well as lovely plantings with shrubs and fruit trees. The garden has an automatic irrigation system and is arranged by our own gardener.
There is wireless internet, which works throughout the house as well as on the roof terrace.
Large Smart TV with 30 channels, most of which is Scandinavian.
There is parking for one car inside the property and space for several on the street.
CLEANING:
Bed linen / towels are provided
Mandatory final cleaning will be added (NOK 1,300)
AREA:
The house is located in a quiet area (by Dona Pepa II) There is little traffic and noise.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The nearest ones at Consum and Aldi Food Center, only 3-400 m away. The La Marquesa Golf Course (18 holes) is only 2.5 km away, there are also several good restaurants.
In the nearest small town, Ciudad Quesada, just 1.2 km, you will find everything you need.
In addition to shopping and about 30 dining areas, there are mini golf, bowling, tennis, bicycle rental, car rental, banks, SPA, massage, skin care and more.
Aquapark Rojales (water park) is also just 2 km away.
To 2 of the most beautiful bathing beaches is only 8 km and 10 min to drive. It is at Guardarmar and La Mata. Here is the rental of loungers / chairs and dining on the beach.
The town of Torrevieja, with its 100,000 inhabitants, is only 9 km away. It has plenty to offer, among other things. nn lovely seafront, beaches in the middle of town, and a sea of restaurants. Along the way there are several great shopping opportunities such as Habaneras (large shopping center) and Carrefour. A larger water park is also located here.
There are several markets several days a week nearby, within 10 minutes drive. Here you will find clothes, shoes and bags as well as a large selection of fruits, vegetables and flowers from local farmers. There are also many eateries in the markets.
