Hermosa unidad 3br / 3ba 6th Floor End - Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler - Excelente decoración

Sit Back & Relax es una unidad recientemente renovada en el sexto piso, con hermosas vistas del océano. Con más de 1800 pies cuadrados, este condominio de tres dormitorios y tres baños se encuentra directamente en la playa. Con sus ventanas de piso a techo y un amplio balcón frente a la playa, este condominio ofrece la mejor vista sin obstáculos de las hermosas aguas azul verdosas y arena blanca que ofrece el Golfo.

Un amplio y abierto concepto de sala, comedor y cocina ofrece una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, con asientos adicionales en la barra de desayuno. La cocina está totalmente equipada. La sala de estar y las tres habitaciones tienen grandes televisores de alta definición.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un área de descanso principal que incluye 1 banco grande, acceso privado al balcón frente al Golfo, baño privado y un amplio armario con vestidor. El baño principal en suite tiene lavabos para él y para ella y una nueva ducha de lujo de gran tamaño con banco.

El segundo dormitorio con dos camas queen con entrada privada al baño principal. Esta habitación también cuenta con vestidor y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. .

El tercer dormitorio es una "mini suite" con una cama King, un baño en suite, dos sillas para relajarse y un balcón privado con vista a la isla y al Sound completa esta suite.

El condominio Caribbean Resort es un edificio de 18 pisos con solo 3 unidades por piso, por lo que la playa nunca está llena. Una gran piscina climatizada frente a la playa y dos jacuzzis brindan más oportunidades de relajación después de un día en la playa. El área de la piscina tiene un área de asientos abiertos y un área de asientos cubiertos, y tiene duchas para su comodidad cuando regrese de la playa. Las parrillas de carbón al aire libre también se proporcionan en el área de parrillas del edificio.

Girls Getaway!!

Wonderful!! The condo we rented looked exactly as pictured. It was not a huge condominium therefore there were less people & we loved our condo. The beds were very comfortable & everything was super clean! Kudos to the owners! They have very good taste. I will definitely stay here again!!👍

Property was as described

The kitchen appliances could use updating and kitchen could be better Equipped. The other thing we found very frustrating were the TV remotes. There are 2 remotes for every tv and it is not easy to navigate them. Some instructions would be helpful. Other than that, it is a comfortable, clean condo. Also we had wished there was at least one good restaurant in the Navarre area.

RELAXING 😎

Super experience! Beautiful, well stocked condo! We three 50’s somethings moms enjoyed 4 days of visiting, beaching, drinking good wine, reading good books, praying, and being thankful for such a relaxing time! We didn’t leave the resort even! Highly recommend!!! Chair service AND beach chairs in closet so nice!!!

Gorgeous Beach Front Condo

Everything about the Condo was as described & fabulous, very spacious, beautifully decorated, & the 6th Floor is perfect. Would highly recommend, I’ve stayed 4 times in Navarre & this by far is one of my favorite Condos so far!

Wonderful Stay

Property was all that it claimed to be. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the beach was never crowded. The umbrella and chairs were such an added bonus. Would definitely come back!

Best Vacation spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is big enough that we weren't stepping on each others toes. The view is absolutely amazing! The condo itself was very pretty, we will be back!

The check in process was easy and without anxiety. The location was excellent and close to all

The condo was very clean and furnished perfectly. All appliances worked with out any problems. View was great and we loved the balcony. Furniture up to date as was wall prints. Will rent again hopefully soon !!

Beautiful Condo

The condo it’s self is breathtaking, and if your just wanting an awesome condo to sit in for the trip, you’ve found the place, however the amenities are lacking and not accurate in the listing. There is an outdoor pool that “IS NOT HEATED” and only 1 working hot tub. The listing stated heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. This is always important to us because we visit in February when the weather is cool. So needless to say, our kids sat in the condo and watched from the floor to ceiling windows the kids at the condos on both sides of us enjoying their heated pools and outdoor amenities. This really took away from our trip and when I contacted the resort manager they offered us nothing but a generic response that maintenance would be contacted and they knew they had been doing some work earlier in the month. However they never worked the entire 3 days we were there. For this matter we will not return here.

Wonderful trip!

We had a great time in Navarre and loved this unit! The bedding is perfect for my extended family which included myself, my husband, 2 grown children, my sister, and my elderly parents. It’s hard to find a place that has “real” beds for everyone and not couch’s or pul out ones The unit was perfect. However the floors were very sandy and the air filters had not been changed in AWHILE. I would say months. Otherwise it was a very nice unit. Only mentioning the floors in case the housekeeping just needs to be addressed. The bathrooms. Kitchen and everything else was spotless

Beautiful Condo

This condo is very beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that we felt as if the floors had not been cleaned well as there was sand all over the place when we got there. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Check in was super easy and rental company was very responsive. The ceiling to floor windows allowed for a beautiful view.

Exactly as advertised!

The condo was very nice with an excellent view of the beach from the desk and floor to ceiling windows. It was well stocked and management was very responsive. The email communications were very helpful.

Clean and Airy

Great beach place - everything felt clean and bright and uncluttered. Everything we needed for a relaxed week at the beach. We've been coming to Navarre for a number of years - can't beat it for a low key family vacation. Just remember to go pick your beach chairs early in the morning.

Corner windows provide stunning view of the ocean!

This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach. It is very low key and not as commercialized as other beaches which we loved because you don’t have the hassle of heavy traffic. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated, and the windows provide stunning views. From the master bed you have a view of the ocean AND the sound. I would recommend adding a dresser with drawers in the middle bedroom and replacing the oven. We had a problem with the oven door not closing, but maintenance was very responsive and had it repaired in no time. The furniture on the back porch was so comfortable. The amenities at the property are fairly sparse but clean. On the drive to Pensacola we pulled off the road and took family pictures with the ocean in the background and a beautiful sunset unobstructed by condos. It really was picture perfect! The beach and the ocean were incredible! The water was so clear and the kids had hours of fun. We even rented a paddleboard for the day. If you are setting up a tent you will need to start very early in the morning. I mean around 5:30 am! I would also recommend getting donuts from Donuts in Paradise, a food truck within a couple of miles from the condo. They were delicious! I would definitely recommend this unit.
