Sit Back & Relax is renovated unit on the 6th floor, with beautiful views of the ocean. With over 1800 square feet, this three bedroom, three bathroom condo is located directly on the beach. With its floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and a large, beach-front balcony, this condo offers the best, unobstructed view of the beautiful blue-green water and white sand that the Gulf offers.

A large, open-concept living, dining and kitchen area offers a dining room table that will seat 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room and all three bedrooms have large HD televisions.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a master sitting area which includes 1 large bench, private access to the Gulf-front balcony, a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom has his and her sinks and a brand new, oversized walk-in luxury shower with bench.

The 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with a private entry into the main bathroom. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet and lots of storage. .

The 3rd bedroom is a "mini suite" with a king bed , an en-suite bathroom, two chairs for relaxing and a private balcony overlooking the Island and the Sound complete this suite.

Caribbean Resort condo is an 18-floor building with only 3 units per floor, so the beach is never crowded! A large, beachfront, heated pool (seasonally heated) and two hot tubs provide more relaxation opportunities after a day at the beach. The pool area has both an open-seating area and a covered-seating area, and has showers for your convenience when returning from the beach.
♦ Caribbean Resort Pool is heated seasonally from March thru October.
Outdoor charcoal grills are also provided in the building’s grilling area.

The Caribbean Resort is very popular, we have return guests each year! The Navarre Beach Front, with great walk overs direct to the Gulf water are available to the guests. Recently the walk over to the beach was redone to accommodate wheel chairs, strollers and wagons!

The condo is beautiful and all guests have loved this renovated and gorgeous 6th floor unit. The guest were upset they got the code for entry 15 minutes late, they had no other problems and had a wonderful week. This review comment is terribly unfair and totally unjustified. We make over a 1000 reservations a year along beautiful Navarre and Pensacola Beaches and we have extremely satisfied customers.

Girls Getaway!!

Wonderful!! The condo we rented looked exactly as pictured. It was not a huge condominium therefore there were less people & we loved our condo. The beds were very comfortable & everything was super clean! Kudos to the owners! They have very good taste. I will definitely stay here again!!👍

The kitchen appliances could use updating and kitchen could be better Equipped. The other thing we found very frustrating were the TV remotes. There are 2 remotes for every tv and it is not easy to navigate them. Some instructions would be helpful. Other than that, it is a comfortable, clean condo. Also we had wished there was at least one good restaurant in the Navarre area.

Thanks for the review. Not sure what items the guest is referring to in the kitchen, if there was anything specific that was missing we are very proactive in bringing out what the guest needs. We are beholden to the service provider for cable and internet, sometimes it requires two remotes, just the way it is. There are several good restaurants in the Navarre area - Barbecue, seafood, Italian, etc - they just didn't discover them. Gulf Coast Getaways

Super experience! Beautiful, well stocked condo! We three 50’s somethings moms enjoyed 4 days of visiting, beaching, drinking good wine, reading good books, praying, and being thankful for such a relaxing time! We didn’t leave the resort even! Beautiful Condo

The condo it’s self is breathtaking, and if your just wanting an awesome condo to sit in for the trip, you’ve found the place, however the amenities are lacking and not accurate in the listing. There is an outdoor pool that “IS NOT HEATED” and only 1 working hot tub. The listing stated heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. This is always important to us because we visit in February when the weather is cool. So needless to say, our kids sat in the condo and watched from the floor to ceiling windows the kids at the condos on both sides of us enjoying their heated pools and outdoor amenities. This really took away from our trip and when I contacted the resort manager they offered us nothing but a generic response that maintenance would be contacted and they knew they had been doing some work earlier in the month. However they never worked the entire 3 days we were there. For this matter we will not return here.

The two hot tubs unfortunately during your 3 day stay were both down for maintenance, solely determined by the association, we had no control over the matter. Wonderful trip!

We had a great time in Navarre and loved this unit! The bedding is perfect for my extended family which included myself, my husband, 2 grown children, my sister, and my elderly parents. It’s hard to find a place that has “real” beds for everyone and not couch’s or pul out ones The unit was perfect. However the floors were very sandy and the air filters had not been changed in AWHILE. I would say months. Otherwise it was a very nice unit. Only mentioning the floors in case the housekeeping just needs to be addressed. The bathrooms. Kitchen and everything else was spotless

Thank you for the great review! We will address with cleaning the "sandy" floors but literally that can happen immediately upon entry as this is a beach environment and as soon as you walk from parking lot onto the property you start picking up sand that gets deposited into the unit. The air filters are checked and changed on a regular basis, perhaps these needed changing a bit quicker and we will reinforce with our inspectors that even if it does not seem like it is time it is best to replace them if there are any questions. Beautiful Condo

This condo is very beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that we felt as if the floors had not been cleaned well as there was sand all over the place when we got there. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Check in was super easy and rental company was very responsive. The ceiling to floor windows allowed for a beautiful view.

Clean and Airy

Great beach place - everything felt clean and bright and uncluttered. Everything we needed for a relaxed week at the beach. We've been coming to Navarre for a number of years - can't beat it for a low key family vacation. Just remember to go pick your beach chairs early in the morning.

Corner windows provide stunning view of the ocean!

This was our first time visiting Navarre Beach. It is very low key and not as commercialized as other beaches which we loved because you don’t have the hassle of heavy traffic. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated, and the windows provide stunning views. From the master bed you have a view of the ocean AND the sound. I would recommend adding a dresser with drawers in the middle bedroom and replacing the oven. We had a problem with the oven door not closing, but maintenance was very responsive and had it repaired in no time. The furniture on the back porch was so comfortable. The amenities at the property are fairly sparse but clean. On the drive to Pensacola we pulled off the road and took family pictures with the ocean in the background and a beautiful sunset unobstructed by condos. It really was picture perfect! The beach and the ocean were incredible! The water was so clear and the kids had hours of fun. We even rented a paddleboard for the day. If you are setting up a tent you will need to start very early in the morning. I mean around 5:30 am! I would also recommend getting donuts from Donuts in Paradise, a food truck within a couple of miles from the condo. They were delicious! I would definitely recommend this unit.
