My name is Sam Pellissier. I’m married with Ursula and are currently residing in Cape Town. I’ve been a fashion photographer for years in New York. Currently I’m involved with creative woodworking. We have a son Jean Pierre who’s a cinematographer.

Why they chose this property

Whilst working in New York I was looking for an escape, close to nature on a river. I finally found this ideal spot, next to a State Park and on the river .

What makes this property unique

This house is unique in the sense that’s it been designed with relaxation in mind. I also wanted the home to be quirky with interesting architectural details. The use of space, light and form makes this house not only interesting but super functional, inside and out.
