El Constante ha sido un hito de la costa del golfo de Texas por más de 30 años. Este complejo familiar bien mantenido es el destino frente a la playa que visitará su familia para crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. Desde cualquier unidad, puedes escuchar el suave murmullo de las olas en tierra y estar a solo unos pasos de kilómetros de playas azotadas por el viento en Texas.
Comience el día con una taza de café y un agradable paseo por el malecón mientras disfruta de un hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Varios destinos de comida y entretenimiento son actividades cercanas y populares como la pesca en la playa y en el muelle; surfear, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y tomar el sol están al alcance de su mano. El nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn ya está abierto y está a solo 3 millas de distancia. Si traes un bote, apreciarás el acceso cercano a los lanzamientos de botes y el sistema de canales aquí en la isla.

Puede dormir 6 en este moderno condominio de dos niveles con vista a la playa / piscina en el segundo piso que viene con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el dormitorio de invitados, así como un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar zona. Ambas habitaciones se encuentran arriba y cada una viene con su propio baño. En la planta baja ofrece la cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, así como un medio baño.

-Segundo piso condominio - 2 pisos

- Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped.

-Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches..

-12 tazas de cafetera

-Los invitados de Padre Escapes deben ser mayores de 25 años. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable.

We love the location that is just steps from the beach. My only complaint with this particular unit, is the coffee table, made of granite and easily falls over with the slightest anoint of weight, get rid of it it’s dangerous.

The large fire truck puzzle was a big hit. The chest also worked well to block the stair case to prevent the toddler from climbing stairs! Located so close to the beach, easy to walk back and have nap time for the kids each afternoon.

Very clean .. hard taking stuff up to second floor .. then bedrooms are on 3rd floor .. so a lot of stairs lol .. and no washer & dryer .. you have go to Washateria room .. which would be fine if washers and dryers weren’t old and rusty :/ .. but location great and pool great ..

The location was perfect. The condo was clean and beautiful. We especially lived the balconies. The only issue was no elevator so loading and unloading was a challenge in the heat. Still a 5 star experience for us.

A little less than expected.

The condo was good. It could use some updating and some TLC. Low water supply in master bathroom sink. It was a bit smaller than expected, but it served the purpose. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good and we really enjoyed that the beach was so close. Disappointed that the drink machine by the pool did not work.

Negative...the property does not enforce only guests allowed in pool area or parking area. The pool busy therefore extra maintenance required. The water in pool was not clear. Room... wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful furniture but would suggest leather and remove the large coffee table. Excellent supplies in kitchen.

Good Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and amenities like the pool. Spacious enough for two families with kids. It was thoughtful to include a floor mattress and toys for kids and other things useful for the beach. But some things that were to be included as per the listing were not, for example handwash. We brought everything else like shampoo and beach towels but being expected to supply our own hand wash for 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen was kind of ridiculous. We were only provided 4 towels for 6 guests on the whole. No extra comforters or blankets. The extra pillows provided had covers on them that had pieces of hair/dust. Some of the utensils and plates that were in the drawers were crusty (with dishwasher pod residue??) and we had to wash everything that we wanted to use again. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out in the dining area. The non stick pots and pans had peeling bottoms and need to be replaced.
