Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the great location and easy beach access—pitching the canopy sounds like a perfect beach day. We appreciate your comments about the condo chairs, mattress, and the need for a shampoo and soap rack in the master bath; we’ve shared these with the owners for their attention. Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, updates, and comfort of the condo, as well as the beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. It’s great to know that the check-in process was smooth and that the complex maintained a peaceful atmosphere, even during a busy weekend. We do have a cart available under the stairwell next to the main gate, but we appreciate your suggestion about offering large carts for busier weekends, we will bring that up to the HOA. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!

We apologize for those inconveniences. Construction just finished up there so we will go back through and address those issues as well as the bed ASAP. Thank you for the feedback.

We do have replacements in stock and would have been happy to replace this for you. Please feel free to reach out with anything needed to improve your vacation during your next stay. Thank you for your review, Brett. We are always looking for feedback so that we can continue to improve and grow. We will pass this information along to our maintenance department to ensure it is addressed in a timely manner. Padre Escapes certainly hopes to host you again in the future!

We do apologize for the uncomfortable stay you experienced! I do not see any notes of this issue being reported during your stay, so I hope you do give us the opportunity to address any concerns you may have on a future stay with Padre Escapes. There did happen to be a broken box spring on one of the beds, so that has been replaced to avoid any further complaints.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad you noticed the updated floors and kitchen, we sincerely apologize for the uncomfortable stay you experienced, as this is not the level of comfort we want for our guests. We did not see any notes of this issue being reported during your stay, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their visit so we can address concerns right away. After your stay, we did identify a broken box spring on one of the beds, which has since been replaced. Additionally, the sleeper sofa couch and loveseat were fully replaced in December 2025. Your comments have been shared with the owner, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a more comfortable stay with Padre Escapes.
