The property offers a living-dining room with panoramic views of the pool and terrace with satellite TV and air conditioning and a corner with a large sofa to rest in front of the fireplace.



The American kitchen is at the entrance of the house and contains all amenities such as gas cooker, oven, American fridge, microwave and a bar with 4 stools.



The chalet consists of a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and mosquito nets. A second bedroom with a 180 cm bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and mosquito nets. And lastly, a third double bedroom with 90 cm beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets and next to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.



In the basement we find the washing machine and dryer.



The house has central heating for the coldest months.



There is a covered parking with capacity for one car although more vehicles could be parked in front of the house due to it being a quiet street without traffic.



Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

The nearest beach is 4.5km, city centre 4km, nearest supermarkets just 3.5km and restaurants 2.4 km.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to agency conditions.
