Beautiful apartment located at 10 minutes walking from the Vatican and the center of Trastevere.
Well connected to the historical center by bus lines that you can find just outside the main door.
This apartment has been recently restored , it is on the first floor of a modern building with lift.
Tastefully
decorated, the accommodation has elegant white marble floors,
prestigious furniture and tapestries; it is extremely well kept and
offers a welcoming atmosphere with a lot of paintings, artistic object
and family memories.
From the entrance you step into a large and elegant living room with a
double sofa bed and dining area. This room has a small balcony
connected to one of the bedrooms. Following, the fully equipped and
spacious kitchen has also a breakfast table.
The sleeping area features 5 bedrooms. Three bathrooms in total, the third one is in front of the living room.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with wardrobes, flower decorations and TV.
The owner is a perfect host and this home is ideal for a big family or a group.
If you wish not to use the sofa bed, on request the owner can add two single beds in the bedrooms.

- Our guests are reminded that our apartment is located in a condominium where there are other people and therefore it is recommended not to speak aloud both at home and in the common areas (staircase-entrance and in front of the door), especially in the hours of silence from 22.00 to 08.00am, to have the utmost respect for people and things. Thanks for your help.


- Trasportation to and from Airports/ Train- station/Port of Civitavecchia.

THE APARTMENT IS RENTED ONLY FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 PEAPLE.

IF YOU FIND MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE DECLARED IN THE INITIAL BOOKING, THEY WILL PAY AN ADDITIONAL MORE THAN THE PAID PRICE OF € 50 PER PERSON PER DAY, OR THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED.

CHECK IN from 2:00 pm (possibility to anticipate entry, only if there is not a check out on the same day.) CHECK-OUT by 9.30 (possibility to stay after the time, only in case there was not a check in during the day).

L'appartamento è situato in un elegante e moderno edificio a 600 metri dalla Città del Vaticano e da San Pietro, la più vicina stazione della metropolitana a 300 metri, e la più vicina fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'ingresso, che collega l'appartamento ,con tutte le zone più importanti di Roma.
A meno di 100 metri dall'appartamento ,

troverete tutto il necessario durante il vostro soggiorno: supermercato, farmacia, ristorantI, pasticceria,bar, Supermercati aperti 7/7 24/24h , edicole ecc...

L'appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata, insonorizzato, completamente ristrutturato, continua dell'acqua calda con una superficie di 145 mq, molto luminoso e silenzioso, è al primo piano con ascensore.I vantaggi dell'alloggio :
' Se venite in macchina parcheggiare è facile e gratuito. Altrimenti avete davanti al portone 2 linee di autobus per andare dove volete e la stazione della Metro è a 300 metri. Comunque San Pietro, il Vaticano e il centro di Roma sono vicinissimi e facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi. Volete mangiare in casa? La cucina è attrezzatissima (forno a microonde,posaterie e stoviglie di qualità,macchina caffè Nespresso, bollitore, frullatore,ecc.ecc.) e la grande ed elegante sala da pranzo-soggiorno può ospitare comodamente fino a 9/10 persone.Vi piace essere sempre aggiornati su tutto? Troverete una TV in ogni camera da letto e una TV satellitare SKY in soggiorno. Soffrite il caldo o il freddo? Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati. E per garantirvi tranquillità sono anche insonorizzati. E ora guardate con attenzione tutte le foto. Sono belle? L'appartamento lo è ancora di più. E' spaziosissimo, luminoso, elegante, molto curato, dotato di 3 bagni con zero rischi di rimanere senza acqua calda grazie a un impianto a ciclo continuo,di una lavatrice/asciugatrice, di una libreria a disposizione degli Ospiti, di un terrazzino fiorito dove potrete far colazione all'aperto.

- Si ricorda ai nostri ospiti che il nostro appartamento si trova in un condominio dove sono presenti altre persone e pertanto si raccomanda di non parlare ad alta voce sia in casa che nelle aree comuni (scala-ingresso e davanti alla porta), soprattutto nelle ore di silenzio dalle 22.00 alle 08.00, per avere il massimo rispetto delle persone e delle cose. L'APPARTAMENTO VIENE AFFITTATO SOLTANTO PER UN MINIMO DI 6 PERSONE, OGNI PERSONA IN PIÙ NON DICHIARATA NELLA PERNOTAZIONE PAGHERÀ UN SUPPLEMENTO.La scelta migliore per una vacanza romana veramente piacevole......anche nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.
