Cosy villa with private plot, garden, swimming pool and covered garage. The whole villa is distributed on the ground floor, it can be accessed from the independent well equipped kitchen with dishwasher or from the glazed terrace with access to the spacious living-dining room, it has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet en suite. Behind the house, there is a large terrace with a gas cooker, ideal for outside dining overlooking the pool.
The plot is completely fenced and has a 5 x 10m swimming pool, outside shower and lawn for sunbathing, the only thing shared is the garage and washing machine with the occasional people who go to the upstairs flat (with separate access to the main house). The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday; washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, French TV and Spanish TV, Wifi internet, etc. The house has gas central heating, there are radiators in all rooms of the house. The chalet is for up to 6 persons, in each room there is 1 bed of 135 cm and an extra bed of 90 cm.
Quiet location in residential area, 650 m from the sandy beach and Almadrava. The nearest bars/restaurants are at 600 m and the supermarket at 900 m (Saladar). Els Poblets offers everything for everyday life; various shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. The centre of the village is only 900m from the villa. To the city centre of Denia it is 10-15 minutes by car (8'7km).Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
