Este delicioso apartamento, ubicado en un edificio frente al Gran Canal, es una mezcla de estilo veneciano y moderno. El apartamento se encuentra en la primera planta, accesible por escaleras o ascensor. Su ubicación es excelente gracias a la proximidad de la estación de tren y la estación de autobuses. Además, a solo 2 minutos se pueden alcanzar las paradas de vaporettos que pueden llevarle por toda la ciudad.

El apartamento consta de dos salas de estar con sofá-cama y zona de comedor, cocina completamente equipada, dos baños con ducha y una habitación matrimonial.

El edificio cuenta con una terraza comunitaria con vista directa al Gran Canal, con una vista encantadora de los edificios históricos y el paso de las góndolas. Un lugar exclusivo y tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar de la atmósfera única de Venecia, ideal para momentos de relajación o aperitivos al atardecer.

Los check-in son posibles de las 15 a las 19. Los más tardíos son posibles previo acuerdo y con un suplemento de 30,00€ en caso de llegadas antes de las 22 o 50,00€ antes de las 23. En el check-in se solicitará el pago de la tasa de estancia que equivale a 5€ por persona por noche y se hará cumplimentar y firmar un contrato de alquiler donde se incluirán también los datos de una tarjeta de crédito a nombre de los huéspedes como garantía por daños.

Perfect Stay in Venice

Everything was perfect about this apartment. As a family of 5, we had plenty of room to spread out and two bathrooms made it easy to get ready. We enjoyed the location as there weren't any crowds and everything we wanted to see was easily walkable. Highly recommend and we would stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Fantastic Location

Came to stay in Venice for a night for Carnival. The apartment was perfect for our needs - the location couldn't be better (across the river from the train station), the host was very communicative and flexible, and the apartment had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Canal view with easy access to everything

The property management company was very helpful with several questions about the area. There are some good restaurants right near by as well as easy access to the last car drop off point to Venice, the train stations, water taxis, and vaparettos. It is also very walkable to everything.

Perfect Location!

This place was beautiful. The space was large and could easily accommodate 4. The bedrooms were far apart. The space was very clean. The location was perfect. We took the train (across the water) from Venice to Florence-which made it very easy to move around Italy. Great spot if you are in Venice!

Our trip to the Alps included this wonderful diversion.

The host of the VRBO couldn’t have been nicer. She explained everything carefully, showed us around and was very prompt in meeting us there. The house fulfilled every one of our expectations, it was a full two bedroom / two bathroom and it has the most beautiful view of the Grand Canal!

The perfect spot coming & going by train!

Santa Croce is beautiful-exactly as photographed. Great balcony view of the grand canal & right across the bridge from the train station. You can hop on water buses or grab a water taxi or gondola here easily. Beautiful neighborhood. Great building. No issues! You will love the stay-we will be back!

Perfection. Absolute perfection.

The location is the closest available to bus station, train station, autopark. Accommodations incredibly spacious for 6 adults. We used the kitchen and the washer, fantastic. Both nights there was an accordion player below our balcony, in front of the Grand Canal-- is there anything more ITALIAN than that? We will stay again. 10/10 recommend

Lovely home with view

The view was of the grand canal and lovely. It was a quite a long walk to piazza San Marco but lots of good restaurants nearby. Checkin was confusing - we were left out on the dock to wait for person with keys and they were late so we sat in the sun for over 30 mins waiting and unsure where to go. The house is nice and spacious. The floors were super loud and creaking and secondary bed mattress was too hard.

Lovely apartment overlooking canal

This is a lovely apartment close to the train station overlooking the canal with a few cafes and restaurants close by. It was large for our teens to have their own space, my parents to have a small apartment in front with mini kitchen and our room. It was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. There is a small washer for clothing. It also has nice windows and a small terrace to open and enjoy the view and breeze. Communication with host was efficient and check in was quick. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful Apartment Overlooking Grand Canal

Beautiful apartment overlooking Grand Canal that easily fit family of 6 total (including 3 teenagers). Quick, convenient, walk over bridge less than 200 yards from train station (and nearby vaporetto station) to reach apartment. When balcony was open we were able to enjoy peaceful sounds of canal and passing boats. The host Sofia was extremely kind and helpful during check-in and made many helpful recommendations. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a market just across bridge to left of station. Listing was accurate and area was secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Venice.

Great location, but a frustrating experience.

The host assigned us someone as a point of contact and we were told to contact her if we had issues. She never replied. Despite fixing the hot water/heat, the heat didn't work until the last day and the towel warmers never worked (which we used to dry clothes in other apartments). Note that if you come here, it's the bridge to the LEFT of the train station. We were told "the bridge by the train station" and Google took us very far out before they told us by the hotel. It was very frustrating. But a gorgeous apartment and location.

Best place for Venice

We had a wonderful stay. Family of 6. Points we look for excellent water pressure and clean bathrooms, easy access to the places of interest. Very clean. Supplies were provided such as soap, shampoo, clean towels, soap for the laundry. We very much appreciated that. Beautiful view. Close to the water taxi and the water bus. Appreciated The ice trays in the freezer. Long mirror in the main bedroom. Suggestions: A few luggage racks. We would stay here again. The only issue is if you have a late flight They cannot store your luggage. There are some places that can store your luggage for a charge per piece for certain amount of time so just be sure to plan ahead.

I do not usually do reviews but my disappointment in the hosts warranted a review. I met host around noon for payment and they indicated that we could drop off our bags at that time & they collected payment but indicated the apartment would not be ready until 3 pm. After texting the host at about 2:50 to find out if the apartment was ready, I received no response even though I could see the message was read.Since I did not hear back, we came back at 3 pm (the time they said we could check in) so that we could shower and prepare for the evening in Venice after a long travel day.Much to our dismay the apartment was still a mess from the previous tenants and there were no cleaning staff around or in sight. I texted the host again & they assured me the apartment would be done by 3:30. We came back at there 3:30 & no sign of anyone and it was still not cleaned.We continued to wander about Venice until 5:00 pm without showers for the day & had to cancel dinner reservations. Again we could not confirm with the hosts that the room was ready so went back again a second time at 5pm and the cleaning staff were still in there rushing to finish-dirty slippers left behind. Long story short, they agreed to rent us the room at 3. We didn't get the room till 5 pm. To resolve issue, I asked them to refund us for the two-hour shortfall & they refused. They only offered a late check out which was of no use to us as we were leaving Venice early the next day. Do not recommend!!

Awesome location! On the Water! Great family apartment.

This apartment was awesome! Almost immediately across the canal from the train station which made it incredibly easy to access. We walked to everything! Our family consists of four teenagers and two adults! Plenty of space for the kids— the older boys loved having a living space at the front of the place that was all their own. Great accommodation.
