If you want convenience to the beach, Surfside II #210 is the condo for you. It is located just across the street from the beach. This is a 2BR/2BA from Rent On Padre located right on Gulf Blvd. You can't get any closer without paying beachfront prices. This condo has wonderful Beachy colors. The updated kitchen is amazing. Granite countertops throughout this condo. There is a 50" Smart TV in the living room and flat screen TV's in each bedroom room as well as high speed internet to keep you connected to the outside world!

This wonderful 2/2 sleeps up to 6 people. You get a King in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. You also get a sleeper sofa in the living room. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.

Another great family vacation

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. I think sleeping 6 could be challenging. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. It had 2 loveseats in the living room area and a table and chairs in the dining area. The condo definitely could use some updating as the paint and the decor looks like it’s been there at least 15 years or more. The newest telephone book was from 2018. The beds were comfortable and for the price I would stay again. There is a slight view of the Gulf from the front bedroom. All in all it was a good stay for the 4 of us.

Beach condo

The place is dated but in good shape, typical of condos in this price range. My biggest complaint is the pillows are small and flat. There is no reason not to have decent pillows Otherwise, was as expected and very conveniently located directly across the street from the beach.

Cozy condo after long day at the beach

My only thing I’d improve or that might make me consider renting elsewhere is better mattresses and pillows. Definitely bring your own pillow if staying here. Winter Texas stay

Getting key was no problem, pay attention to exact name of your building. Very Clean and comfortable. A little walk away from beach, overall wonderful place to stay. We will be going back :)

Convenient location, great space

We stayed in July 2022. This property was clean and spacious. We loved having two bed/bath. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (we did easy meals/not lots of cooking). The coffee pot looked brand new and sparkling clean. We picked this property for the location and it did not disappoint. Short walk to beach access 22, perfect view of fireworks by Clayton’s off the end of the balcony, great pool area, Kelly’s pub right down the street! My two year old appreciated the step stool as she used it daily in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the couches were not comfy for lounging (did not pull out the sofa bed). The beds/mattresses were very hard. This didn’t keep us from getting sleep but we were a bit sore from them till we got moving each morning. I would definitely stay again.

Almost got canceled because host could not reach me. Had no missed calls or emails!

You are paying for location, which was great. The condo is very outdated. Too much furniture, you could barely move around the bed or bathroom. Enjoyed easy beach access. So many rules, I guess they’ve had their share of party goers. Would I stay again...maybe.

Good place for family

We liked this condo a lot. Neighbors were very friendly. Pool was nice. Condo was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed the area and our stay. Would like to give just a couple suggestions to make the next persons stay a little more enjoyable. Maybe add some extra pillows and blankets. Water heater needs addressed took forever for hot water. And 10 am is super early for checkout when traveling with children. Other than those minor things were really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
