This is a 2 BR plus SofaBed Condo right on the beach with million dollar views!

Unit 303 is a top floor condo that sits right in the middle and boasts unobstructed perfect views of the Sea. The unit is in a safe and family friendly cozy building that is first line on the beach with no gimmicks! Imagine yourself getting a view of the beach the moment you turn your key and walk in! You can continue dreaming away as you cook in the fully renovated Stainless Steel and Quartz Kitchen or sit in the lovely living areas to relax while enjoying the amazing views from all vantage points. Enjoy a glass on the nice sized balcony or fall asleep to the calming sounds of the ocean with a king size bed that has awe inspiring views of it in the master bedroom. Come as a couple for a romantic get away or as a family while the kids and other adults sleep in a separate room that has a very functional Bunk and bed arrangements to fit all. The second bedroom has a Twin XL (larger than a full mattress) over Queen Bed with a Twin Trundle right under, thus, offering several combinations possible. All in all the Condo can comfortably fit 6people but it can easily accommodate up to two families (8 total) We just ask that you inquire for this special arrangement as it can require the Sofabed a small fee and addtl. deposit. Whichever way you plan your stay the Beach is right there! Right in front of you to enjoy it and accessible through a sand path that leads you straight to it. The Dunes and Flora protect you from sand storms on your balcony and provide such a beautiful scenery. AND ALL OF THIS WAS JUST MADE AVAILABLE THIS PAST SUMMER 2015!

We bought this place and went straight to work on it, sparing no expense. Needless to say, the Condo has undergone major renovations. It has been stripped down and EVERYTHING was replaced. Please note that our prices are based on what the brand new condo now looks like and has to offer in the end, compared to its previous state and also, others in the area. Towels, linens, parking, etc. are all included in the price per night) The VRBO reservation service, cleaning fee, tax (14% by law) and a fully refundable deposit are added to the final quote. A Fee of $10/day per additional guest past 6 people, is charged as well since it requires additional linens and special arrangements. You are welcome to see other units at the Continental to compare amenities, views, etc. Just know that each unit has a different owner and taste. Everyone is very nice and if you can't stay at ours maybe try in one of theirs :). From the images you can see we went for a modern and functional fresh look adding Quartz, Granite, Custom Cabinetry, Stainless steel and a maritime feel in the decor of our Condo. This is also a home for us so we did not cut corners or expenses on any needed repairs/updates and everything we did was done with the best intention and in good taste. We are a young and self made hard working couple with 2 kids that simply enjoy life too much and want to seize every moment.We both work endlessly to make our dreams and those of our children, come true. My husband works long hours at DELL and travels quite a bit while I own a Swim School in Austin and am a Drowning Prevention Specialist, teaching the ISR Method to children during Summer time.

We are all about the views and had been doing research for years to find the perfect beach place for us to enjoy but also share with others. The minute we walked in and saw the view, we knew. Similar to how we feel in love with each other when we met on this Island over a decade ago :)! The Condo itself needed to be brought back to this era and it sure has taken a lot of effort and money and time on our side to do so...but we like doing things right and I think we have vision for these sort of things. But, above all, we have the passion and dedication because this is a dream come true for us and not just some property that a rich investor might buy and let someone else repair and manage. I am a hardworking Drowning Prevention Swimming Instructor that keeps very busy during the summer (high season for lessons in Austin) so we can rent it for everyone else to enjoy while we can't. My husband is extremely hardworking and driven so we are honest people who get to fulfill our goals because of this. We hope you see that passion when you stay in our place.

What makes this condo unique

There are so many that I have already mentioned but to RECAP:

BREATH TAKING OCEAN VIEWS from everywhere except bathroom and the kids bedroom which has Laguna Side view through its window.

Nice Sized Balcony to enjoy, relax or even eat while watching and listening to the sea and wildlife

EVERYTHING NEW! New Floors, New Kitchen, Living Room, etc. etc. when we say that the condo was stripped naked of its previous clothes we mean Butt Naked! We just finished replacing everything! Counters, furniture, tiles, basins, everything and we continue to make improvements here and there to always maintain it to TOP standards.

BUILDING is Quaint -- not a resort type which makes it more private and owner managed - we all have a stake in keeping it nice. Please be respectful of others

CLOSE PROXIMITY to a very nice fun Beach Bar (The Wanna Wanna) as well as many Restaurants and walking distance to gas stations for convenient basic shopping

Please note that the condo just underwent some major renovations. It has been stripped down and EVERYTHING was replaced, thus,it is all brand new. We are finally all done and are simply now adding decorations. You are welcome to see other units at the Continental to compare, just know that each has a different taste and we are going for Stainless Steel, modern and a maritime feel in the décor of our Condo. There is enough space for 2 families/8 people but pls inquire. This is also a second home for us so we did not spare the expense and everything was done in good taste. If you feel like looking at other references you may want to see our house in Italy (we work and live there part time) but it also rents and you can gather our style from it. I guess one way to sum it up. For us, its all about the view and enjoying life and we are confident you will feel the same way when you stay at Unit 303 at the Continental. Well-appointed, well-furnished, well-located! Excellent owner!

This was our top pick out of all the properties available for our timeframe, and it was a gem! The condo was well-situated -- not just relative to restaurants, Blue Marlin grocery store, and souvenir shops -- but also within the complex itself (high floor for a clear view of the ocean, not far from laundry facilities). Our initial view of the ocean took our breath away, and even though we hadn't fully unloaded the car, we had to go out to the balcony to check out the beach!

The condo was renovated, and we could tell that Erika selected items for utility as well as aesthetics (Pottery Barn meets Ikea). The furniture color scheme was white/pale neutrals to give an airy, open feeling throughout the condo, with plenty of storage + hangers, and they provided just about every kitchen necessity, especially for children (plastic cups, dishes, utensils, stepstool). Our child really loved the bunk bed! All appliances worked perfectly and were clean, inside and outside, esp the fridge.

There was easy access to the beach (coded gate access) + showerheads to rinse off sand, so we could get from door to sand in less than 5 minutes. Internet connection was steady and enough bandwidth for streaming video on a tablet + browsing on 2 smartphones. There seemed to be a good selection of equipment for the beach (boogie boards, toys, umbrella), although we used only what we had brought. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a double vanity and only a shower (no tub) with handrail and enough hooks for hanging towels and wet garments.

But more than any amenity, we really appreciated Erika's gracious hospitality. Even from our initial inquiry, she was very responsive, set clear expectations, and gave good directions on check-in/check-out process. Additionally, we had a minor damage incident on the last night of our stay, and Erika replied not only very quickly but also was extremely kind and understanding of the situation and how to resolve it. We were surprised by the speed at which she replied on a Friday night, and frankly, just relieved at how reassuring she was in response. Her kindness goes a long way with renters like me, and I'll be sure to recommend this property to friends, and hope to return again someday. Thank you, Erika!!

Nice Condo with new renovations right on the beach

The owners have done a wonderful job with renovations in this condo. Brand new premium wood style tiles thru out the house (including bathroom and patio). Kitchen has new granite counter tops, beautiful backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Master has a nice king bed with comfortable mattress. 2nd Bed has a bunk bed with Full at bottom and twin at top. Plus another roll out twin trundle.

Plus points:

- Right on the beach. Amazing views in the morning and evening.

- Only 15 condos in the building. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves the entire time.

- Super easy access to the beach. Plus chair/umbrella rentals are only 30 yards away.

- Wanna Wanna bar/restaurant is only 50 yards away. You can just grab your umbrella drink and walk back to the beach.

- Owner is super responsive. Always replied to text or returned calls in under 10 min.

- Chairs and misc kids beach toys are in the condo.

Few things to keep in mind:

- The parking lot is across the street and the building has no elevators. The building also has super narrow stairs (2.5ft). Plan your trip accordingly. It can be a hassle carrying big coolers to car/beach.

- The condo is just about perfect for 4. Any more would feel crowded. Especially since there is one toilet and bathroom.

Rent and enjoy the beautiful beach and sunrise views.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

This condo is top notch! It is completely updated and beautifully decorated! It's right on the beach and the views are amazing!!! We loved that it is a little further down on the island and the beach is less crowded than in other areas! The owners are very accessible. Each time I've contacted Erika she gets back to me within an hour! They genuinely care about your experience! They want you to feel at home, be comfortable and have an amazing time! I cannot recommend this property enough!!! We will definitely stay here next time we come to SPI!!!

Pick this Beach Condo! You will be Glad you did

After searching meticulously for the perfect place for our much needed beach vacation getaway, I found this lovely beachfront condo. It has the perfect updated decor, making the condo feel both beachy and cheery. Everything was clean and tidy. Nothing better than stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the view and sound of the rolling waves. We also walked along the beach and pleasantly found it to be not crowded. Maybe due the time of year. Overall, excellent experience. Easy booking process, check in, and check out.

Many people (myself included in the past) get scammed with pictures and descriptions into a place that's not truly on the beach and much less so close to it. I appreciate your description of the decor as well, because I too, looked hard to find each and everyone of those details to redesign our condo with. As to the beach, I can tell it really doesnt get as crowded as can happen around so many others. Perhaps because of the size of our building which is smaller and makes it difficult for overcrowding :) Thank you and we hope to host you again soon.

The condo is in a smaller quaint building perfect for romance and families but also close to many things and great for active people.
