This is a 2 BR plus SofaBed Condo right on the beach with million dollar views!
Unit 303 is a top floor condo that sits right in the middle and boasts unobstructed perfect views of the Sea. The unit is in a safe and family friendly cozy building that is first line on the beach with no gimmicks! Imagine yourself getting a view of the beach the moment you turn your key and walk in! You can continue dreaming away as you cook in the fully renovated Stainless Steel and Quartz Kitchen or sit in the lovely living areas to relax while enjoying the amazing views from all vantage points. Enjoy a glass on the nice sized balcony or fall asleep to the calming sounds of the ocean with a king size bed that has awe inspiring views of it in the master bedroom. Come as a couple for a romantic get away or as a family while the kids and other adults sleep in a separate room that has a very functional Bunk and bed arrangements to fit all. The second bedroom has a Twin XL (larger than a full mattress) over Queen Bed with a Twin Trundle right under, thus, offering several combinations possible. All in all the Condo can comfortably fit 6people but it can easily accommodate up to two families (8 total) We just ask that you inquire for this special arrangement as it can require the Sofabed a small fee and addtl. deposit. Whichever way you plan your stay the Beach is right there! Right in front of you to enjoy it and accessible through a sand path that leads you straight to it. The Dunes and Flora protect you from sand storms on your balcony and provide such a beautiful scenery. AND ALL OF THIS WAS JUST MADE AVAILABLE THIS PAST SUMMER 2015!
We bought this place and went straight to work on it, sparing no expense. Needless to say, the Condo has undergone major renovations. It has been stripped down and EVERYTHING was replaced. Please note that our prices are based on what the brand new condo now looks like and has to offer in the end, compared to its previous state and also, others in the area. Towels, linens, parking, etc. are all included in the price per night) The VRBO reservation service, cleaning fee, tax (14% by law) and a fully refundable deposit are added to the final quote. A Fee of $10/day per additional guest past 6 people, is charged as well since it requires additional linens and special arrangements. You are welcome to see other units at the Continental to compare amenities, views, etc. Just know that each unit has a different owner and taste. Everyone is very nice and if you can't stay at ours maybe try in one of theirs :). From the images you can see we went for a modern and functional fresh look adding Quartz, Granite, Custom Cabinetry, Stainless steel and a maritime feel in the decor of our Condo. This is also a home for us so we did not cut corners or expenses on any needed repairs/updates and everything we did was done with the best intention and in good taste. We are a young and self made hard working couple with 2 kids that simply enjoy life too much and want to seize every moment.We both work endlessly to make our dreams and those of our children, come true. My husband works long hours at DELL and travels quite a bit while I own a Swim School in Austin and am a Drowning Prevention Specialist, teaching the ISR Method to children during Summer time.

Why Erika Pellegrino chose South Padre Island
We are all about the views and had been doing research for years to find the perfect beach place for us to enjoy but also share with others. The minute we walked in and saw the view, we knew. Similar to how we feel in love with each other when we met on this Island over a decade ago :)! The Condo itself needed to be brought back to this era and it sure has taken a lot of effort and money and time on our side to do so...but we like doing things right and I think we have vision for these sort of things. But, above all, we have the passion and dedication because this is a dream come true for us and not just some property that a rich investor might buy and let someone else repair and manage. I am a hardworking Drowning Prevention Swimming Instructor that keeps very busy during the summer (high season for lessons in Austin) so we can rent it for everyone else to enjoy while we can't. My husband is extremely hardworking and driven so we are honest people who get to fulfill our goals because of this. We hope you see that passion when you stay in our place.
What makes this Condo unique
There are so many that I have already mentioned but to RECAP: BREATH TAKING OCEAN VIEWS from everywhere except bathroom and the kids bedroom which has Laguna Side view through its window. Nice Sized Balcony to enjoy, relax or even eat while watching and listening to the sea and wildlife EVERYTHING NEW! New Floors, New Kitchen, Living Room, etc. etc. when we say that the condo was stripped naked of its previous clothes we mean Butt Naked! We just finished replacing everything! Counters, furniture, tiles, basins, everything and we continue to make improvements here and there to always maintain it to TOP standards. BUILDING is Quaint -- not a resort type which makes it more private and owner managed - we all have a stake in keeping it nice. Please be respectful of others CLOSE PROXIMITY to a very nice fun Beach Bar (The Wanna Wanna) as well as many Restaurants and walking distance to gas stations for convenient basic shopping

Another amazing trip
I believe this is our 4th trip to this condo and it was as amazing as always. The condo is always in impeccable order and just a total delight to stay in. It feels like our home away from home. Can't wait to go back next year!

Condo was as represented and exactly what we wanted. It was cute and clean with a 180 degree view of the the ocean. Beach access was a simple walk down a short path. Has a great time. Would definetly stay again!

Perfectly located on the north portion of the Island next to multimillion dollar properties. Close to Restaurants, Bars, Gas Stations and other amenities that are easily accessible at walking distance. We however recommend a car so you can go explore all the amazing Fun activities this Island Paradise has to offer. SPI is the ideal place to come have fun whichever way you like. The condo is in a smaller quaint building perfect for romance and families but also close to many things and great for active people. Half will be refunded with notice received 29-15 days before arrival. No cancellations will be processed, thereafter.
