Villa Carmel is set in a peaceful location, yet ideally situated, just 700m from the Number One in Europe, Nissi Beach and the main Avenue bars, restaurants and shops.
Fully renovated in 2018, this 150 sq.m on a 380 sq.m plot Villa boasts an 8x4 pool, two upstairs en-suite bedrooms, and a downstairs, also en suite bedroom; comfortably sleeps 7.
Fully air-conditioned, offers exquisite furnishings, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and outdoor furniture, sunbeds, barbeque area, and secure private parking.
The space
The minute you walk in Villa Carmel you are enchanted by the feeling of luxury and its warm ambience with a family atmosphere. Lovely and cozy, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa but yet only a short walk to Nissi Avenue with its many bars, restaurants, and nightlife. The Number One beach in Europe, famous Nissi Beach is a mere 800m, less than a 10-minute walk away. It is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing break, close to all beaches and amenities and is certainly more than equipped for a luxurious holiday at a great location, walking distance to some of the best beaches in the Med, as well as to all amenities.
The Villa has an open plan and classical feel to it. As you walk in, the lounge directly faces you, whilst the kitchen and dining area are located to the left. Luxuriously furnished to the very highest of standards, the lounge area consists of 3 sofas and two armchairs, comfortably sitting more than 8 persons, free wireless Internet WiFi, cable channels and flat screen TV. A small bookshelf unobtrusively separates the dining area with seating for 8 and the fully equipped Kitchen.
A wood burning Stove sits beautifully between the sitting area and the Kitchen, providing heating and warmth in the winter months.
The very stylish and modern kitchen has built-in cupboards and is fully fitted and equipped with an electric hob/oven, full fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, and utensils, required for your stay. The dining area has an elegant dining table with comfortable armchair seating for six. The kitchen leads to the outdoor covered seating area and charcoal Cyprus BBQ area. Sunbeds and an umbrella are provided and there is an outside pool shower too.
The Villa boasts three Double bedrooms, all en suite! Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor; the Master Bedroom with a balcony and the 2nd Bedroom with superb Ayia Napa views. The third en-suite Double Bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for elderly couples who may find it difficult to climb stairs. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe storage and there is a safe for valuables in the Master Bedroom, whose en-suite bathroom also houses the washing machine. The Villa caters for a maximum of seven persons, the 7th person comfortably accommodated in a “Z” bed placed in the spacious Double Master Bedroom
A spacious Guest WC with washbasin is situated next to the staircase leading to the first floor.
Air-conditioning throughout runs cool during the hot summer months and warm during the cooler winter months. There is private secure parking for two cars by the side of the Villa as well as plenty of free parking on the street outside.
The 150 square meters Villa was built in 2008 but renovated from scratch in 2018 on a 380 square meters plot.

Villa Carmel is located in a quiet area of Ayia Napa, yet a less than 10-minute walk from Nissi Beach and a 20-minute walk from Makronissos Beach both with fine white sand and crystal clear blue waters. A less than a 15 minute walk takes you to Landa Beach and Vathkia Gonia Beach.
Ayia Napa center is just a 20 minutes walk away offering an abundance of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, clubs, the famous Hard Rock Cafe, an impressive Luna Park for children of all ages, pharmacies, supermarkets and a Clinic.
Closer to the Villa there is a bus stop, 24-hours Kiosks, minimarkets, fruit markets, bakeries and just about every amenity you will need for a relaxing holiday.
Along Nissi Avenue, there is a variety of restaurants, all child-friendly with quite a few with small playgrounds. Business cards of some favorites will be available for you at the Villa.
The local restaurants offer excellent Cypriot food, try the Kleftico, lamb wrapped in foil and cooked in a special clay oven, or Meze which includes several different Cyprus dishes.
At the center of town, the Medieval Monastery is well worth a visit. The picturesque Ayia Napa harbor is also a must visit with its several fish restaurants and bars.
Last but not least, visiting the Water World Waterpark, just a short bus ride away, the biggest in the eastern Mediterranean, sheer fun for all ages, is a definite must!
