The location is great. Size and layout of the condo is really good for families or groups of friends. Super easy to get to and the beach access is right across the street. The pool was a plus right out the back door.

The location is wonderful, ocean across the street. Bus stop across the street, and grocery store 2 to 3 blocks away, very handy. Very nice neighbors and very peaceful place to stay. Instantly I had someone their to help us if we had troubles!! Thank you!!

The property is close to the beach. It was very clean, only suggestion is to fix the door handles to the restrooms. They don’t lock easily and can be pushed open. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were also quiet. Overall, it was a good location and provided some much needed rest.

Nice place for short stays

Just across the street from the beach! Great space, designated parking spots are literally in front of the apartment, which is close to a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Very comfy sofas, all tv’s had roku which was awesome when we needed a break, the pool was straight behind our apartment which to me was a plus. I would come back! Needs some upgrades (somewhat out dated) but for short stays is really good. Things that I appreciated: laundry pods, even though we ended up not using the laundry machine, toiletries, clean towels (almost enough of them) Dish soap and dishwashing pod, paper towels, in general everything was super clean.

It was clean and lots of room. only suggestions is to have a blow dryer, coffee filters at the property and the queen bed in the room facing the beach is really firm. might what to adust. the queen in the room over looking the pool need to have the head board connected. but over all a great place

Location was great but property needs work.

Location was great as right across the street was access to Beach. However, the property was very old. For example, some of the doors didn’t even lock, outside chairs rusted out and unusable and couches were well wore and look nothing like the picture. We had a leak right above the top bunk so we couldn’t use that bed the first night. They came to fix leak and didn’t bother to dry mattress or change bedding so second night still couldn’t sleep in the bed we paid for. Contacted support and all they told me was the local team was notified and nothing more. Communication for things we couldn’t do was quick tho as you CANNOT grill anywhere on this property.

Location is great; Condo was clean and convenient; Walk across the street to beach access. Supermarket 1 block away. Needs upgrades; Would be nice for the master bdr to have a king size bed. Hot water downstairs barely hot, so dishwasher doesn't dissolve soap; had to run hot water quite awhile before starting dishwasher, Needs new set of pots, scratched, no handle on big pot, hard to pick up when hot; need pot holders; needs new stove vent. Otherwise enjoyable for a family stay.

Nothing in condo

There is just the basic kitchen utensils. 3 cups. Dishwasher was half broke and washing machine was very loud. One of the master bath door handle was broke and made it hard for kids to open. They said they had a strict noise policy but when the couple next door sang very loud karaoke past 11 pm. I called the number provided and was told security would handle it. No one showed up. I myself had to go knock at 11:45 to ask them to quit.

It was eh

The place was alright. Definitely not near as nice as it is in the pictures. I wouldn’t have paid as much as I did if I would’ve known that. There were things that were broken and it wasn’t very clean. We even found a pill on the nightstand that could’ve really hurt our children if found and eaten. Wouldn’t go there again. But it wasn’t completely awful.

Great property/Amazing Location

Condo was clean at arrival. Space was exactly as described with enough space for our family of 8. Process from rental to check-in to check-out was seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better location, just steps from the water. Pool and hot tub were clean and right outside our door, literally. TV in living room had volume problems and garbage disposal didn't work which were really the only issues we found. Wifi signal was strong to support us all. Kitchen was stocked enough for us. There was a broom available, but we would have liked a dustpan to help with the sand issue. Bring your own pillows as ones provided were flat.

Loved the location. Didn't love not having the required parking permits. Didn't love the trundle bed that didn't have enough room to pull out. Really didn't love the sewer backing up and having to clean it up. We notified Vacasa but never had any come assist or make it right.

Dolphin Condo

This condo is in a great location. One block off the beach and close to many other attractions. The hot tub and pool area are nice, clean and well maintained. The condo itself is not. It is dirty and in need of many repairs. Most of the doors do not lock or the knobs stick and you cannot get them opened. The windows are missing screens. The washer and dryer still have not been fixed even after all the past comments. Don't plan on being able to use them. The best part about this condo is the set up.

So the condo is nice. However, it rained and the downstairs flooded from broke Seals on the door, flooded the upstairs master due to the sliding door. Also couldn’t open it without breaking your back. The master bed was hard as a rock so 5 days of sleeping in it killed mine and husband’s back. We are not old. Got AI responses when I had concerns as well as other guests we talked to at the pool when they had issues. I have pics of everything!! Again, nice place but tons need to be fixed. Spent more time stressing on vacation with my sore back instead of relaxing.

Clean, great location

The unit is excellent, the new lock system is horrendous and required assistance from both the Vacasa company (in California) and locally to get someone over to help us get in and learn how to manage the new lock (10 digit code!). We never did get a proper code for the back gate. Local property management is kind of a joke; you can call about any problem and get promises, but no one shows up (except when we couldn't get in upon arrival and went through the main management company, as I said.) Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. New washer/drier unit and microwave were very nice.

NEVER AGAIN!

I will never return to this unit again.....first we arrived on the Friday, the central unit was not on, it was very hot....we had to search for the Thermostat, we finally found it and turned it on because it was completely off. It was smoldering HOT! it actually took two hours for the whole condo to feel cool. The main bedroom bed was harder than a cement wall, definitely needs improvement. The door to the main bedroom bathroom had to be dismantled, the knob completely locked on us! It took us a whole hour to take it apart, one of our children was locked in it. It was a complete fiasco! We have stayed in other Dolphin units, but this one takes the cake!

First Time Using Vacasa

When we chose this place, no where did it say it would be under construction. Because of this inconvenience, we were not able to use our designated parking spots nor were we able to use the pool until after 6. Since we didn’t get to go out to the pool area, we stayed inside but inside we were disturbed by all the noise of the roof being repaired. It was extremely loud. We couldn’t nap or enjoy conversations. After so much communication with I can only assume was AI, which by the way never understood what I was asking, all we got back was $87 and a 2 hour extended check out. On top of that, the refrigerator is unacceptable for a place like this where families come together with all their groceries for a long stay. Even with the bare minimum our food items wouldn’t cool enough. We had to resort to buying more ice and keeping our refrigerated items in ice chests. We were only given one replacement trash bag in the kitchen for our 4 day stay. The pillows are yuck. Not fluffy at all and only 2 pillows on our bed provided. The sheets and cases look dingy. If I can say anything positive at all it’s this: location is great and when we were able to use the pool area, we loved it.

Needs work

Place needs cleaning supplies (especially a mop), needs more cooking essentials(updated pots, pan, utensils), need a new fridge (does not stay cold despite not overfilling) needs new stove(left upper element does not work). Needs more towels and beddings. Door handles in bathrooms need to be replaced/repaired). Bunk bed needs to be repaired or replaced as it wobbles and trundle (pullout bed) is broken. Also security guard was pushy about just standing on the balcony, my sister was standing out on the porch for less than 5 minutes after 11pm to cough and security guard was rude and told her to go inside. Meanwhile the night after there was a large party swimming, making noise till 1am but security was nowhere to be found. Wouldn't recommend, you could probably find cheaper places that are much nicer with better amenities.

What was listed was not given to us. I think VRBO is not setting up boundaries and allowing all types of houses to be listed for Rent. This is the first time we have used VRBO and brought us down on its value it provides. The competition provides best houses and stricter in its policies before a house is listed. This house had no water for few hours. Wet floor from humidity when we checked-in. Flush not working. hair in the utensils.TVs not working (at least that is ok). Some doors were not locking from the inside. Sorry to say, but it was a bad experience for us.
