Located in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Latina, one of the most popular in Madrid, both for its lively social life and its numerous cultural offerings of undeniable tourist interest. Packed with restaurants with a varied offer of typical Madrilenian and Spanish food, some centenary and of great gastronomic quality, it also offers, just a few minutes away on foot, such famous and must-visit places as the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral or a long list of museums, cinemas, theatres and emblematic and representative monuments of our city.



The Apartment:



The NoMad Loft 1 apartment is located in a typical 1950s building of which only its facade has been preserved, offering you all the amenities of the most modern building. All apartments in the building have air conditioning in all their spaces.



Magnificent 80 m2 loft-style apartment recently fully renovated, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, both with magnificent built-in showers. It features a spacious and modern living-dining room and an American kitchen equipped with all appliances. It also has a private 12 m2 patio that gives the flat extraordinary luminosity and charm.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
