Located in a high-end building, this apartment meets any expectation one might have: central location and well-connected with all of Madrid, being in a safe area with beautiful surroundings and service zone, having good qualities for comfort and being completely equipped.
It is a building located in the Chamberí area recently renovated, on a wide street with large sidewalks and not too much traffic, well renovated and decorated. Equipped with elevator and internet.
The Apartment:
This fantastic apartment with capacity for six people has been recently renovated in accordance with the latest trends in decoration and design: wooden floors, French-style furniture, light grey tones and pastel colours.
The living room, with access to a balcony that provides a generous entry of natural light, has a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make the most of the space. It has a comfortable work island with a design stool that is used as a dining bar.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a lovely balcony and large built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom, which is accessed from the kitchen, has two single beds, a three-body built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The bathroom is of good size and is very well equipped. The apartment has independent heating, internet, Smart TV and everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The building has been renovated in 2023.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
