Fantastic 2BR, 2.5BA townhome near all the skiing, hiking, fishing and biking activities in the CanaanValley. Includes 1 queen bed, a twin over full bunk, and 2 full baths. Full kitchen and Laundry

Davis is a central town along the Blackwater river with bars, restaurants, some shopping, and grocery. Check out our House manual for recommendations in the area!



A car is necessary, but you can walk most places in town and there are plenty of biking trails verynearby. Please only one car parked outside the unit and please park as close to the unit as possible,and on the gravel. Additional cars can be parked up the back on the parking pad accessible from therear lane or on the street.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well taken care of, clean and they had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again if we get back to this area.

Great place. Very comfy. Larger kitchen than in most places. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Such an adorable town. One small suggestion: We were there to enjoy the town for a week, but also needed to work during the day. A desk and chair in one of the bedrooms might be a good option for the future. I know it was not advertised like that so it was not expected, its just a suggestion.But otherwise I have absolutely nothing negative to say, Thank you! Loved it and would come again, even without the desk!

Perfect property for a family trying to get away. We could walk to nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner mountain bike right out the front door and we had all the amenities we would need. Owner was great! Can’t wait to go back this summer.

It was quite warm and comfortable, even with the extremely cold temperatures during part of our stay. Even though it was located close to the main street, we found it to be quiet. The host checked with us during our stay and was quite responsive to our questions.
