Overall great property.Spaceous. Great views. Nice pool. Numerous rooms and bathrooms.Matresses are quite old in some beds. Need a change. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place - great owner

We (7 friends) enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful property. Even though the weather was on the cold side, we could use the heated pool.The owner was very kind and helpful. She gave us useful hints and was easily reachable by phone.Alltogether: We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much!

The property is perfectly located if you wish to enjoy silence and a great view.

The property is perfectly located if you wish to enjoy silence and a great view. The house is very secious and very well equiped. The pool is heated and it was possible for us to enjoy the swimming even though it was the start of January. Amelia is a great host; she is very helpful and responsive when you need a recomendation or advice.

Great stay in a great location.

Amazing place with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. My only reservations about the place were a lack of cutlery and cooking utensils, plus there were many aspect of the house run down, non working fire place, shower, pizza oven for example and the pool decking was in need of attention with alot of general clutter around the outside of the property. Place just needs a little TLC to have top marks.

Spacious quiet villa

The property is big great for groups or families. Could easily stay with 2 families upstairs has room for 6 and downstairs room for 4. The villa is out of the way with no surrounding properties which was brilliant for us with 3 children we had a hire car so we could get around with a short drive to playa Carmen and even closer to colero which is our favourite place. There is a security gate so the villa is fully enclosed so ideal for children the pool is the same depth with no shallow end but we loved it as our children can swim not so ideal for smaller children. We loved this villa the views are amazing and it's quiet would highly recommend to enyone communicating with the manager and host was brilliant and always happy to help thank you for a great holiday hope to stay there again.

From the beginning the contact with the host was excellent, check in process was well explained and no hassles.The location is a bit out of the way as we knew and we had a hire car which made getting to and from places nice and easy with Puerto Del Carmen only a short drive away and Puerto Calero nearby also with various shops within a 5/10 minute drive. The local taxis refuse to leave the tarmac roads, so if you wish to go out for a dinner and drink etc then a taxi will only take you as far as the end of the road then a 10/15 minute walk to the villa. This wasn’t ideal as we had someone in our group with disability and couldn’t walk that far.The villa is very nice and spacious. Most areas are clean and well kept although some areas look a bit neglected around the property and could do with a bit of a tidy up and attention just to finish it off. But generally it is nice and clean. The pool is a great addition and was a nice temperature throughout our stay. There is plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds for everyone to use although the sunbeds could benefit from a deep clean or renewal. If you are afraid of small lizards or cockroaches then I would not recommend staying here. Lizards frequently come out in the villa at night and we woke up each morning to a few cockroaches inside the villa and out in the garden area. If you are looking for somewhere to stay and generally not leave during your holiday then this villa is perfect. Overall we would stay again.

Wij waren met een gezelschap met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. We werden opgewacht door Amelia, zij gaf ons een rondleiding en instructies voor de villa. De villa was enorm en ruimtelijk. Iedereen had een eigen kamer en badkamer. Boven en beneden was een keuken volledig ingericht met moderne apparatuur dat allemaal naar behoren werkte. De bedden waren goed. Op 1 slaapkamer boven was een airco en in de living boven was ook een airco. De rest van de ruimtes waren voorzien met waaiers. Niet altijd afdoende tijdens de hete dagen maar het was te doen. Na een week kregen we een wissel van het bedlinnen en het badlinnen werd ook vervangen, dat was een verrassende service. Buiten was een enorme zitruimte. Een picknicktafel en een lounge zitje, deze was wel wat gedateerd, maar prima. Ook een buitenkeuken met oven en haard. Het zwembad was een verademing iedere dag, enige minpunt was dat het terras rondom het zwembad heel erg heet werd in de zon, en veroorzaakte wat blaren. Dit kon opgelost worden met badslippers en om te zitten hadden we handdoeken neergelegd. De Pooltafel en voetbaltafel was ook een hit. De gate kon met afstandbediening open en dicht gedaan worden, dat was erg prettig. De host heeft alles uit de kast getrokken om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Er waren wat problemen met ongedierte maar werd gelijk besteden door een professioneel bedrijf. Ook hadden we een dag geen stromend water, maar de host heeft er alles aan gedaan om dit op te lossen.

Wunderschöne Villa in zentraler Alleinlage

Wundebare Villa mit viel Platz - zwei getrennte Etagen mit jeweils eigenen Küchen- und Wohnbereichen - super. Poolbillard und Boule zum Spielen sind eine tolle Idee. Die Lage ist zentral, die Ausicht auf Meer udn Berge einzigartige und man genießt eine herrliche Ruhe. Zwei kleine Wermutstropfen: Der Pool hat nie die angegebene Temperatur erreicht trotz extra bezahlter Heizung (es fehlt einfach die Poolabdeckung, die auf den Fotos noch zu sehen ist) und die Matrtazen in 3 der 5 Schlafzimmer sind mittlerweile so alt und durchgelegen, dass sie nicht zu gebrauchen sind. Die Küche unten sollte einmal generalüberholt werden.

All in all, we had a great week there. Superb villa with all the necessary equipment. Most of the time, we spent in the outdoor area, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, talking, and preparing meals. We liked that a really lot! Nearby were some restaurants with really tasty specialties. We also visited Puerto Calero and spent an amazing time exploring its beauties. We do not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

Cozy, comfortable, and well-equipment with everything you could need. The swimming pool was a great size and the fact that it was heated really suited us as we had our 3-year-old daughter with us. While we were there, we visited Playa de Papagayo, Playa de la Cera, and Playa Mujeres, which are so stunning. We spent an amazing holiday there! Thanks a lot!

If you are looking for sun, blue skies and time for yourself Lanzarote is where you need to be. The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. Properly cleaned villa with all the amenities in place. Sea view during the day offers an exceptional experience between man and nature. Eating out with the family, you can go to the many restaurants that have a wide variety of dishes. Going places within the island prints memories for a long time to come. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really bring you back to yourself. Agni Travel team did very well when we were in the process of booking the villa. I can warmly recommend Lanzarote to you all.

This villa is the ideal villa when traveling with a large group of people . The villa is very spacious at the inside and the outside also very comfortable and fantastic view towards the mountain area. Driving within the area is very easy. We were able to order a hamper for the whole family for we had a late check in. All Well done Agni Travel. our next holiday will be at Villa Mar.
