Villa Nefise - 3 bedroom with private pool in the heart of Dalyan.

Villa Nefise has a great location in the heart of Dalyan – in Gulpinar neighbourhood – only a 10-minute walk to the centre. This villa is set on the corner plot. The garden area is luscious green with mature palm trees, flowers and lawn. There is a marble terrace area with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers with mats and parasols are provided for your use. There is a stone barbeque at the side of the villa.

The downstairs is an open plan space with double doors that lead onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need for your stay. You will also find a bathroom and a storage area on the ground floor. All rooms are nicely decorated to make you feel at home from the minute you enter the villa.

Upstairs,

1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner.
3. Bedroom: 1 single bed, dresser and fan.
Bathroom: There is a bathroom with shower and WC available for the common use of the guests staying on the upper floor.

Upstairs you will come across the three cosy bedrooms all furnished and with balconies overlooking the garden/swimming pool area and/or the mountains in the distance. The balconies are also the perfect place to enjoy the quiet in the sunshine. There is a family bathroom on the upper floor.

For extra security all window and doors are fitted with shutters.
Pool maintenance is made every day at about 8 a.m
