Excellent villa with a really nice good size pool. Good quiet location, only a 5 - 10 minute walk along the river to town with plenty of nice bars and restaurants along the way. Also great hosts, very helpful and quick to respond.

We have stayed at this property before and it’s absolutely brilliant! We were away as a family of 10 and the villa is perfect for all ages! Pool, kitchen area, bedrooms, bathrooms all adequate with a traditional feel. Communication with the owner was brilliant too. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Fabulous villa

I stayed in the villa with friends for 4 nights, and thought the place was excellent. Plenty of space, lovely pool and outside seating areas. The host answered all my queries before and during our stay quickly and efficiently, and also organised a transfer from the airport. Great experience, and would book again.

Lovely Villa, well looked after and very clean. The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained. Washing machine and cooking facilities all in good working order and straight forward to use. Bedrooms and living area are spacious. 10-15 minute walk to the Town, nearest restaurant/pancake house about 5 minutes walk.Eray, the host responded promptly to all of our queries and was very clear and informative about the check in routine.I would recommend this villa to any family or group, especially with kids.

our second stay at Erays villa we love going back to Dalyan the villa is in the perfect place nice and quiet and only a short river side walk into town the villa has everything you need for me as a non swimmer is the pool with a shallow end would recommend this villa to anyone Eray arranged for transfers every thing went smoothly a great host

This is a great villa, very clean and spacious. Fantastic pool and outside space with amazing views of the rocks rising above the river. Would definitely go back. No high chair though so if you need one definitely check with the booking agent. A fabulous holiday.

Brilliant stay!

The Villa was absolutely lovely, the inside of the villa was so clean and spacious and the pool was large & perfect! The location was great, its about a 10/15 minute walking into dalyan centre & there is a small grocery shop within about 5/10 minutes walk, on occasions where it was so hot we used the taxi number provided in the Villa and the service was great. Eray booked the transfers to and from the villa to the airport which were so efficent and easy.The water delivery service was also great as we had didnt have to carry heavy water back to the villa. Communion with Eray was great from start to finish, couldnt have asked for better! Would definitely recommend, 5 stars!!

Lovely villa in a quiet location

This was our second stay at Eray's villa, and every bit as good as the first. We had an 11 month old with us this time around, and the cot and high chair were invaluable. The villa was clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The pool is a good size and cleaned daily. We like the location, as it's quiet yet only a scenic 10 - 15 minute walk into town via the river path. But we also hired bikes which made it even easier. The water delivery is especially useful - we found it easiest to whatsapp the number (on the fridge) and they arrive within 2 hours.

Villa mit Charme

Großzügig, wunderschöner Garten und fantastische Aussicht auf Berge. Ruhige Gegend in der Nähe des Flusses. Dass das Haus nicht niegelnagelneu ist, macht es ehrwürdig und lebendig.Allerdings schon eon etwas längerer Fußmarsch in die Stadt sollte man einplanen.

Host Eray was helpful from start to end! Organising transfers and giving us restaurant and boat trip recommendations. Villa was clean well located and the pool was superb!

Already planning our next visit!

My family and I are just home from a 2 week stay in this beautiful villa and words can't express how much we enjoyed it. The location is perfect, walking distance from town but a taxi only costs 50 lira if you find the walk too hot. The pool was always spotless. The begoda area covered in grapevines was a beautiful touch. Eray was really helpful with any queries we had, even recommending restaurants to us. Dalyan is a magical place and the locals are so friendly. Thank you for having us, we hope to be back very soon!

Fab Villa in Wonderful Dalyan

First time in Dalyan and we got lucky booking this wonderful Villa. Inside, the property has everything you need, including air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living space, which was a god send as it was particularly hot this summer half term (mid 30's everyday) quickly taking the sting out of the days heat. The outside space is perfect and not overlooked, palms, pomegranate trees and generous pool. There is a beautiful walk into town via the shaded river path (precisely 14 minutes to The PTT post office, door to door). Our host, Eray, was always quick to reply, and gave invaluable thoughts for excursions and dining, and as written in previous comments, his recommendation of Erdem and his beautiful boat the Blue Bead, being the highlight. We went out with him twice, and on both occasions (on board) he cooked the best meals that we would have all week in Dalyan, impressive! Also, as he's one of only couple of skippers who have an open water license and insurance, he can take you to unvisited coves, not to be missed. One last note, taxis from the town or back cost on average 40TL and 150TL to Turtle beach. ( 20TL to the £ while there), great value. Eray, many thanks for all your input and the villa, we loved our stay. Guy & family

Lovely villa

Communication from Eray for our trip was excellent and he was very responsive to every request. The villa is well equipped and is spacious and also very clean. It has a large fridge freezer, dish washer and the bottled water service is very good. 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 on the first floor with access to a lovely balcony and a nice en suite bedroom upstairs too. The pool is excellent and is cleaned every day. The garden and seating areas are very well maintained. The area is very quiet (in May), but an easy walk into town either along the river or through the streets (be prepared to be accompanied by friendly local dogs), but a taxi is only a 40TL (May 2022) if it's too hot. There are a number of restaurants within easy reach (recommend Sevgi Gozleme for lunch, which is probably the nearest). An idyllic spot for a restful holiday, but with lots within walking distance.

Beautiful villa highly recommended

We loved this villa and had a fantastic time. Villa is spacious, well equipped and was ideal for our family of nine. Pool was a big favourite and there is plenty of shade for those who want a break from the sun. Lovely 10 minute walk by the river into central Dalyan. All in all, a brilliant holiday in a great villa. Also communication from the owner Eray was first class, he always responded quickly and was very helpful. Thank you Eray. Highly recommendEd.

Amazing

Our villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean & spacious. Eray was only a message away and replied pretty much instantly, we had a lovely welcome package also including bread milk jam tea coffee etc to get us started. Will deffo be staying here again. Perfect for all ages aswel including baby’s as lots of shaded area Thank you for a perfect holiday Eray xx All I would say that was horrible was the Mosquitoes haha they was out in force x

Amazing holiday

Fantastic villa, pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the villa as the pictures do not do it justice! The views are amazing, perfect villa, beautiful. Eray was brilliant and replied to us instantly with any queries. Pool was great. Great location, with lots of lovely restaurants along the walk into town. Very spacious, clean and everything we needed for a great holiday. Only downside was the wifi was brilliant and the kids cottoned on too quick ; ) Also Bluebead boat trip was recommend by the villa and we 100% agree after doing other boat trips aswell that it was amazing , one of the best day/nights out we had. Will most definitely return one day. Many thanks Eray for a great holiday

Nice villa but had problems with the pool

It is a beautiful villa to stay in with a beautiful architecture and garden full of pomegranate trees. It is in the quiet side of Dalyan, 10-15 mins walk to town centre. It also has a georgeus mountain view, nice area to have barbeque and chill out. The owner kindly let us having an early check in and late checkout which was a great convenience. We mainly picked this villa because it looked like it has a nice pool while unfortunately we experienced some inconveniences with it throughout our stay. The pool was not clean in such way that we cant even see the bottom of it. Apparently, we are informed that some kids sneaked into the pool the night before our stay and poured sun cream in it. The owner quickly reached out his contacts in Dalyan to fix it but by the time it was fixed, our holiday was finished. Need to say that while the owner was quick to answer our concerns, he was not apologetic at all and didn't chase the issue personally afterwards. A bit disappointed but had a great holiday in Dalyan.

I'm sorry that you have had a problem with the pool. Once the issue was raised, the pool maintenance guy came within half hour to investigate. On his arrival you were pointed out that there was an empty sun cream bottle in the pool. You had confirmed this. It may have been that a sun cream bottle left by the pool had fallen in. It is extremely unlikely that anyone would enter the villa without our or guests permission.

Lovely Villa, quiet location.

Lovely, homely villa, light and airy - Turkish style interior which we like. Nice big bedrooms, comfy beds and crisp white bed linen. Lots of towels, including pool/beach towels which was a real bonus. Lovely big shaded terrace with massive table and plenty of chairs for outside dining. Also a delightful shaded Kosk, perfect for a quiet read with a G&T! Plenty of sun loungers. Good sized pool, cleaned daily. Lovely private garden. 15 - 20 minute walk into town, all flat. If you're feeling lazy though - or have a dodgy hip like me - just call Hasan the taxi driver (number on fridge) who will pick you up at 5 minutes notice, £2.50 for a ride into town. Comprehensive "Welcome Folder" with all the info you need. Eray, the owner very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. We've been coming to Dalyan for 8 years, and this villa didn't disappoint. Quiet location, but just a short walk to the river walk and the lovely Sevgi Pancake House, or head towards the main road Gulpinar Boulevard, and eat at Kervan Saray -fabulous restaurant! Many thanks to Eray, super stay.

Spectacular Mountain Views

The villa is beautiful and well-groomed than it looks in the photos. The villa has a spectacular mountain views. We stayed there two family with our children and the villa is very comfortable for us. The villa had everything, you could want for a holiday. Eray Bey was also a very relevant landlord.
