A beautiful villa with private pools, wi fi, air conditioned throughout.

Villa Yalicapkini fully complies with the new regulations regarding rental properties in Turkey . Registration is complete and the number is 48-3590.

The villa is extremely private. The garden is lawned and has banana, orange, pomegranate and lemon trees. Outside there is a large verandah for al fresco eating and for taking shade during the day. There are also umbrellas. Bourganvillea trees edge the garden allowing for privacy. At the rear of the property is a Turkish style kosk ideal for taking pre-dinner drinks. The swimming pools measure 5 x 7 x 1.70 metres and 1.5 x 2.5 x .60 metres approximately and are private pools. The villa is upgraded annually . The three bathrooms have recently been refurbished along with an extension to the third bedroom..
The villa has free wi fi and air conditioning. As well as the extremely large verandah overlooking the pool there is an upstairs terrace. The villa has all modern amenities including a water cooler and two safes, which ensures our guests have a pleasant stay.
There are three bikes for the use of guests.
The villa is equipped for family living and has all you may need to cater for infants. There is a travel cot, high chair, safety gate, and toys and a hand blender for preparing food. Older children are not overlooked and there are toys and games.
Adults are welcome to swap reading books in the extensive library.
Mosquito nets are on all windows and doors.
Villa Yalicapkini complies with Turkish regulations requiring the property and guests are registered.
Please note that we do not accommodate hen, stag ,wedding groups or groups of young people under the age of 30.

Fantastic stay

From the moment of booking, arrival and departure everything ran extremely well. Communication with Glynis was first rate, the villa had everything needed, the layout was well thought out and the pool was great. We will certainly return to this villa if we get the chance.

Had two wonderful weeks at the villa, the owner went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly including transfers and was very easy to deal with. Beautiful Villa....

We have stayed many times in Dalyan and this was one of the best villas. It was large and spacious and the outside area ideal. Glynis was so helpful and really quick to respond. we will return :)

Fabulous villa

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is obviously the owners’ well loved holiday home and there is everything you could possibly need, especially if you have small children. Glynis was very responsive and incredibly helpful with all our requirements. I can thoroughly recommend the villa and hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful villa , Fantastic Host , Clean , great Location

This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The villa is even more amazing than the photos , there is every amenity you need including a water cooler which was a god send. The location is fantastic and the villa is so clean. The man came and cleaned the pool every day and the mid week clean was phenomenal . Honestly couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Thank you Glynis we can’t wait to return.

We had a fabulous holiday in the Villa. Everything you need is provided and because you are close enough to shops and restaurants without really knowing it, it is ideally located. Glynis the owner is the real treasure, as she is really nice and straight forward. No question is too much trouble and her responses are very prompt and her advice and recommendations are great, We will look to stay here again on our next trip to Dalyan

Perfect family holiday

We’ve just returned from the most fabulous holiday in Villa Yalicapkini. It is a beautiful home fully equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday. The villa is huge! Plenty of space for everyone. Pool is beautiful and all the garden areas are so well kept and green. From my first enquiry through to our departure Glynis has been extremely helpful and kind, always taking time to answer any questions. We all hope to return in the future.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Dalyan! From the moment we booked, the owner Glynis was so helpful – before, during and after our stay – which made everything so easy.The villa was absolutely perfect for our family of four (my husband, myself, and our boys aged 16 and 10). It was spacious, spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings – so peaceful and private.The pool was a real highlight: crystal clear, the perfect size, and our boys spent hours enjoying it. The pool guy and gardeners did a fantastic job keeping everything immaculate.A highlight of the trip was the boat excursion with Mesut, recommended by Glynis. We saw turtles, swam in the thermal lake, and had great fun jumping off the second deck – unforgettable!Dalyan itself is beautiful, with so much to do but still relaxed and welcoming. Staying here made our holiday extra special – a true home away from home. We loved every moment and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property

Stayed here for a couple of weeks during our first visit to Turkey. Lovely clean home with a spacious feel. Great location, we found numerous ways of wandering into town! Nicely private pool area that was well kept and the garden area next to it was a useful play area and added to the villas privacy. Dalyan has a vast array of restaurants and cafes, everyone was genuinely friendly. Glynis was a delight to deal with, good communication and organised our transfers. I’d have no problem highly recommending this villa to family and friends.

Great!

Having booked the villa a year in advance I can honestly say it was as I expected based on the pictures and description on the listing. Glynis was a great host, pro-active in communications before and during our stay. The villa was in easy walking distance from supermarkets and restaurants. Pool was great, the only thing I missed was that there were no steps or gradient into the pool which meant the elderly in-laws struggled getting in and out with just the ladder. We would definitely consider going back.

A Perfect Stay at Villa Yalıçapkını

We’ve just returned from a truly relaxing and memorable holiday at Villa Yalıçapkını in Dalyan and honestly, it couldn’t have been better.The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. There was a fully stocked kitchen, excellent air-conditioning, comfy beds, and even a washing machine, which came in very handy. But the real highlight? The private pool. It was immaculate and surrounded by trees and flowers, giving us complete peace and privacy. Most days we were more than happy to lounge by the pool, soaking up the sun — perhaps with an Efes or two in hand!From the moment we booked, Glynis was absolutely fantastic. Her communication was always prompt, warm, and helpful. She stayed in touch throughout — checking in before our arrival, offering local tips during our stay, and even following up afterwards. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have the best experience possible.The villa is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot, yet it's just a 10-minute walk (or a very quick drive) into the centre of Dalyan. The town is full of charm, with its riverside restaurants, traditional shops, and the breathtaking Lycian rock tombs lit up at night. It has a very relaxed and authentic feel — not overly touristy, which we really appreciated.If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing Turkish getaway in a perfect location, we honestly can’t recommend Villa Yalıçapkını enough. Amazing Villa

We stayed at this amazing villa for 6 weeks with friends and family joining us during this time for their holidays. The villa is beautiful, so clean, very well equipped - had everything you could possibly need and catered for all age groups. The pool and gardens are extremely well looked after on a daily basis and the mid week cleans great. As you walk through the gate and see the villa and pool it definitely has the wow factor. So special to have your own pool. Host Glynis was so very helpful arranging transfers, cleans, always keeping in touch. The information pack very useful giving every detail possible about the villa, arranging water/beer deliveries, local supermarkets, restaurants and local things to do and see. The maintenance company is also very helpful. The villa is in a quiet area, within walking distance to everything. Dalyan is a fantastic place to stay. Lots of great restaurants. Lovely boat trip along the river to the beach and bus to the turtle hospital at the other end of the beach. Pancake house on the river and Turkish bath/massage are a must. Thank you once again Glynis for all your help. We definitely hope to visit your beautiful villa again - it was amazing and a very special holiday was enjoyed by us all x x

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento no ha podido ser mejor, La villa está situada en el centro de Dalyan (se llega caminando en 5-10 min a todas partes). La zona es muy seguro y tranquila. La casa está muy cuidada, resulta muy cómoda y todo está cuidado y muy limpio. El jardín y la zona de la piscina es una maravilla, sorprende lo bien cuidado que está y la limpieza de la piscina. Glynis es la mejor anfitriona que puede haber: siempre ha estado pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar, tiene muchas recomendaciones para la estancia y todas excelentes y la comunicación siempre es inmediata. No se me ocurre que pueda haber un lugar mejor para alojarse en Dalyan.

Exceptional Stay!

Villa Yalicapkini was an exceptional stay! Glynis, the host, was extremely helpful. She made our trip much better. We were very impressed with the document she prepared for us. It had all the necessary information, not just about the villa, but also about Dalyan. It was our first time in Dalyan so, it was handy. Villa Yalicapkini got everything we needed. The villa was well decorated and felt like home. It was clean, which is one of the most crucial things in times of global pandemic. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool which was deeper(1.70 m) than what was written at the time that we were booking(1.45 m). So, some of our friends were not comfortable with it. The staff taking care of the house on behalf of the owner was very helpful and in contact all the time if we needed something. We could walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Everything was perfect. We definitely want to stay there again in the future. We recommend Villa Yalicapkini to anyone who is going to Dalyan.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr zufrieden. Alles funktioniert. Toller Pool mit einem separaten Kinderbereich. War vollkommen ausreichend. Die Große Wiese ist absolut top für jegliche Aktivität bzw. zum toben für die Kinder. Wir würden diese Villa weiterempfehlen. Die Verwalter und auch die Eigentümerin halten kontakt und bieten immer Ihre Hilfe an.

Absolutely Amazing!! From day 1 this property was easy to rent from the owners fast responses to any enquiry’s we had. We booked early January for the September and we’re very satisfied with them keeping in touch through email about everything we needed for our holiday. This villa is outstanding the attention to detail is by far better than any other we have stayed in dalyan , it also within walking distance to the local shops and main strip of the town, the pool and gardens are maintained to a very high standard. The local people are very friendly and the area is nice and peaceful. If you come here you must try the pancake house on the river (strawberry and chocolate was my favourite) I always try and find some criticism to put on these reviews but can honestly say this had nothing wrong at all. Thanks Glynis and Steve for a lovely relaxing fortnight we hope to get back very soon

Peaceful haven that is a joy to return to.

A fantastic and well equipped villa that feels like home from the moment you open the door. It is perfectly positioned close to town. The pools are amazing and a joy to return to after fascinating days out exploring all that Dalyan and the surrounding area has to offer. There is so much to see and do. You can't visit Dalyan without going on a boat trip to explore the coastline and Mesut's boat is highly recommended. The lunch is amazing using produce carefully prepared from the family's small holding. You must visit the beach and have a choice of public boat or bus or for the adventurous you can go down one way and back the other walking the length of the beach (45 minutes) with a well deserved swim stop or two on the way. There are many trips on offer. Volkan's tours are special, he is extremely knowledgeable and goes put of his way to make your day perfect and you want to book more. There is a fantastic choice of restaurants serving a variety of well cooked food. Beyaz Gul overlooking the rock tombs is magical. Mai serves amazing steaks with a variety of sauces. A very special evening is eating out on Raday Mountain watching the sun set on another day in paradise. Sunset Restaurant has a perfect setting for this as does Sahin Tepesi for which you can be picked up at the villa and dropped off and the end of the evening. A truly special end to the day is jumping on a boat going up and down the river looking at the stars and the Milky Way. Whatever you choose to do you will thoroughly enjoy your time and I have already recommended a stay to family and friends.

Fabulous Villa and holiday!

This was our first time in a villa and in Turkey; both of which we enjoyed immensely. The villa was extremely well equipped and spacious. As a family we enjoyed the freedom it gave us to eat what and when we wanted (although the restaurants in Dalyan were all superb) We took a couple of boat trips which were fantastic. Overall a brilliant and relaxing holiday enjoyed by us all!

When we visited Dalyan we fell in love with the area so much that we bought a villa here. Our choice of villa was one which offered a large, spacious living area whilst not compromising on outdoor space. Our friends and family enjoy staying in our villa and I hope that you will too.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of Turkey as soon as we visited it. Dalyan has a delightful combination of the traditional and the new, hosting first class restaurants and traditional pancake houses. The village nestles in the mountainous region of Mugla and the local people are extremely friendly.
The river Dalyan meanders past the 4th century rock tombs carved out of stone to the stunning sand banks of Turtle Beach. This beach is famous for being one of the remaining nesting areas for the endangered Caretta turtles as well as providing safe bathing for children. The views to the beach by boat or dolmus are stunning. In the Spring and Summer storks from Africa settle in Dalyan to breed and raise their young. The area has much to offer those who are interested in Nature and wildlife.
