A 3-bedroom villa within in the popular Maras district

Villa Ria is situated in Maras, a five minute stroll from the heart of Dalyan town on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey but nestled amidst a panorama of imposing mountains and the ancient Lycian rock tombs. Standing within her own private garden of luscious palms and trees, Villa Ria's architecturally-designed elegance charms even before entering the cool contemporary open plan living area which leads directly out onto the bathing area.

Across from the large, beautifully lit swimming pool and children's pool dwells an attractive wooden kosk, a chill-out area providing comfort and shade. A stone-built outdoor barbecue also runs alongside a spacious dining area seating 6 beneath the stars.

Interior decor is calm, sleek and stylish throughout the open planned lower floor, comprising living area with comfy sofas, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a lovely working fireplace moulded from white Bodrum stone. One of the three en-suite bedrooms is also situated on this level and benefits from double doors opening into the poolside area. The ground floor has wheelchair access.

A curving staircase leads to the upper level where two further en-suite bedrooms are situated either side of a stunning Turkish area with typical Turkish seating and Turkish smoke pipe, serving as an aperitif to the romantic backdrop which unfolds once the double doors are opens onto the wrap around balcony which stretches the entire length of the back of the villa.

There are also two bicycles at the villa for guests to use.

Beautiful Villa

We had a lovely time staying here again! Linda and her colleagues were brilliant on helping with any questions we had, and the welcome basket was a really kind gesture, we will definitely be booking again, thank you all for a lovely stay.

Lovely villa and pool. We really enjoyed staying here. Lovely small town that is very friendly and feels very safe. Very easy 7 minute walk to a supermarket and the start of the ‘strip’ of restaurants, bars and shops. Really enjoyed drinking and eating at several bars and restaurants on the strip and on the riverside. We’d love to return!

Lovey stay for the second time

Great villa, we booked both years specifically for the pool, outside area and location. Short walk into town & local supermarket, and fantastic, good sized pool, especially for the kids. Good bbq in working order too.

Everything worked well - showers, air-con, beds etc. The Maras area is great, quiet but very close to shops, restaurants etc. Communications with owners and manager were flawless. No major criticisms at all.

Lovely villa

Villa is in a perfect location and only a 5 minute stroll in to town. The villa is well equipped with the essentials that are required. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. Huseyin is probably the best property manager I have dealt with in Dalyan he was attentive without being OTT.

Villa Ria is a beautiful well appointed villa with wrap around gardens and a lovely pool. There are ample sun beds and plenty of sunny and shady areas at all times. For my wife and I the location was just about perfect with a very easy 5 minute walk to the lively bars restaurants and shops, but which also meant it was very peaceful with no noise. Linda the host is superb at responding quickly and answering any questions you may have. We loved it so much we booked again for next half way through our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ria in Dalyan in August this year. The beds were really comfortable and the open plan layout really suited us. We also loved the pool with a shallow end and the jacuzzi part. There were lots of comfy sunbeds around the pool and the garden area was excellent too. It was in a perfect position, close to a supermarket (5-7 min walk on the flat) and bars and shops yet it was also very quiet, especially in the evenings. We also enjoyed the generous welcome goodies and communication from Linda (the host) and Huseyin (the local property manager), who also arranged our taxis to and from the airport.It was our third time visiting Dalyan and my parents' 9th time and our favourite of all our accomodations over the years.We look forward to staying at Villa Ria again!

Lovely pool and gardens

Lovely stay at Villa Ria, pool is wonderful, and location good. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, and garden very nice. Major roadworks going on directly outside (literally the road being built around the villa) which was noisy from early in the morning, though appreciate out of owner’s control. Would have been nice to have had the jacuzzi working; but neither ourselves, pool man, or Huseyin could get it going! Dalyan as gorgeous as ever, a great holiday.

Cheeky week away

Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities Dalyan has to offer

Lovely, well-equipped villa in a fantastic location

We all thought the villa was really lovely and the location was great - really quiet and peaceful but only 5-10 minutes walk into town. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could ever need already there which was really useful. The pool man was really nice, Huseyin the manager so friendly and polite and Linda the owner always responded really quickly to any questions and queries I had before arrival, would definitely recommend Villa Ria. The only tiny downside for us was that we expected there to be a dishwasher, which to be fair wasn’t listed amongst the amenities so an oversight on our part.

No pool.towels. bathroom towels were sub standard. Interior was worn and grubby. Poolside furniture needed to be cleaned by us before use. Management agent was prompt when

Location perfect for short walk into Dalyan. Excellent pool and area around the villa for sun bathing. Enjoyed the ground floor bedroom- like living in a bungalow ! Thought the information pack needed updating from possibly the previous owners. No mention of a number of things - TV instructions useless, water cooler replacement info. cooker, washing machine.Very poor Wi-Fi but that’s probably nothing to do with the individual villa.I’ll finish on a positive- very good welcome pack of food and drink. Huseyin was quick to respond when contacted.

Beautiful villa in the best location

We found our arrival to the property went very smoothly and found the instructions user friendly. So lovely to arrive to simple instructions and a selection of essential food items to get our holiday started. Huseyin was on hand to help with any queries. The property is lovely and worked well for what we needed. The pool was kept clean and ready to use every day. The mosquito nets on the windows and doors work perfectly and are really needed! The air con is a necessity for us and made such a difference. The kitchen, was well equipped to include a water cooler, which is amazing! The only things I would request in addition, are a tea towel or two for washing up and a broom for the floors. Otherwise, a great property in a fantastic holiday destination. We will definitely be back.

Fab stay in Dalyan

We spent a week at Villa Ria in July 2024 - had a great stay and villa was ideal for a number of reasons. First off, the villa host Linda was really helpful and easy to deal with - responded really quickly to any queries I had an had some very useful recommendations - in particular the car hire company (thanks Linda - they were really excellent). Property manager Huseyin was equally very quick to respond and deal with any queries I had too. Garden/pool cleaner came in every day and was a lovely man too. The villa is just as described and we chose it based on the excellent reviews and Dalyan is an area I would like to return to again and if we do then I'd definitely chose Villa Ria again. Location is excellent so car hire is not required - it's about 5-10 mins walk to the shops/restaurants plus bikes are available which we used a few times too (and would have used more other than it was very hot during our stay). You can see the Lycian tombs from the first floor balcony as well - lovely place to sit and read a book. Pool was great - got loads of use out of it and water temperature was just right too. Overall had a great holiday and will hopefully return some day.

Relaxing tranquil villa

We stay at Villa Ria every year and love the setting which is tranquil and only a short walk into the town. The pool is large and the gardens are lovely. Everything you need is at the villa. We will be back next year

We have stayed at Villa Ria many times and this year did not disappoint! Fantastic family holiday, absolutely beautiful villa which I’m sure we will be back. Villa Ria

Villa Ria is a stunning property in a quiet residential area of Dalyan. It is only a 5-10minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The villa has an amazing pool and well maintained gardens. Internally, it is very spacious and well presented in a traditional Turkish style.

Good Villa in a good location.

We stayed at Villa Ria in August 2022 and it only ticked the essential boxes, Location, pool, air con. The Air con is great downstairs but didn't cool the upstairs totally. The fans are quite noisy when both air cons are switched on as the fans are adjacent the bed on the outside wall. There's no front door which is a little weird and you enter the property at the rear. The doors could do with the security locks upgrading. It's an easy 5-10 min walk into the local town for food and drinks. so in a perfect location. We have 3 children aged 15, 14 & 11 so the property was perfect for 5. We slept downstairs. Any more and you'll be struggling. The pool Spa didn't work. Overall I would recommend this villa but don't expect it to be 5 star but then you get what you pay for. Thanks Jamie & Julie

Thanks for the review. Aircon both levels worked when we were there in June so will have to check. Door locks have been confirmed as secure by local authorities. The jacuzzi can be switched on as needed and our management company should have told you - we will take it up with them. The property has 2 double and one twin room accommodating 6 so do not understand your comment re 5 guests max

Beautiful Villa

This is our 4th visit to Villa Ria and it still doesn’t disappoint. Only a 7 minute walk to the town, river and high street. A beautiful location tucked away in a quite part of Dalyan. Villa Ria has everything you need, lovely pool, jacuzzi, plenty of sun beds and a lovely garden, inside is clean, modern and tidy. We will be booking our 5th visit to the villa next year.

Dalyan is bueatiful and the Villa location is perfect, 10 minute walk to town, the management company and pool cleaner are very attentive and the outdoor space is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, eating and drinking
