Villa Prital is accessed by a picturesque private road that leads to this impressive stone country house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located on an extensive plot that combines rural charm with proximity to the most attractive places on the island. Situated between the historic city of Pollença and the crystalline coves of Cala San Vicente, the villa offers an unbeatable location.



Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, ponds and meadows, the natural environment invites relaxation. Despite its serene atmosphere, it is just a short walk from shops, restaurants, beaches and picturesque towns.



The house preserves its original style with bright interiors, exposed beams, stone walls and arches. On the ground floor, there is a cosy living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with private bathroom, ideal for those seeking privacy.



On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and two rooms with single beds that share a shower room and a bathroom. The views from the windows are spectacular.



Outside, the large Roman-style swimming pool with sun loungers stands out, along with a fully equipped summer kitchen and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dinners. The spacious gardens invite you to walk or simply relax.



Villa Prital offers a private and well-connected refuge to explore the natural and cultural beauty of the area. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring comfort during the hottest hours.



Important information: loss or blocking of keys entails a charge of €50 (office hours) or €75 (outside office hours), and must be collected from the office. No rubbish must be left when checking out; if not removed, a charge of €150 will be applied.



Guest registration is mandatory by law (Royal Decree 933/2021); before arrival, an online check-in link will be sent for all guests.
