Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive. Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk. For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks. Amazonia Zoo is also within a 5 minute walk.
