Everything was perfect for our stay. The house was spotless and Emmanuel was super responsive. The location of the house was in walking distance to beautiful beaches and places to grab a drink/eat. Having Nicolas right next door also provided us with easy check in/check out and again he was very helpful if we needed anything.

We had an amazing stay at this modern three-bedroom villa right across from the beach with locked controlled access gate and security. The location is perfect—just a short 5 minute walk to the beach "Playa Punta Popy" and many very good restaurants. We walked to the vibrant downtown too, where you’ll find more great restaurants, bars, and shops. The villa itself was clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great for cooling off and was kept clean with regular visits from maintenance staff.While you can walk to most places, renting an ATV or side-by-side added a fun and convenient way to explore the area. Having a vehicle gave us access to some beautiful, more secluded beaches and scenic spots.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach or an exciting tropical experience, this villa offers the best of both worlds. Our property manager Michael was amazing and setup our vehicle rental and anything else we needed. He was always 1 whats app call or text away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect spot for our daughter’s wedding & reception. Beautiful place for a large gathering. Only downside is that we were there the week of a hurricane going through. So the power kept going out, so that meant no A/C to get ready for the wedding. But we all survived.

Playa Bonita Residences is an exclusive community. Even on the “busy” weekend we did not feel like our space was limited. Grounds are great and pool is wonderful. Units are very close to the shoreline. Prior to check in I was informed that the unit I selected had a plumbing concern and as such we were given an upgraded unit.

As a regular traveler to Las Terrenas and Samana over the past few years, I've experienced many accommodations in the area, yet this remarkable home stands unparalleled. Our interactions with the host were prompt, insightful, and their warm hospitality made our stay all the more enjoyable. The smart lock system provided a seamless check-in and check-out process, while the property itself exceeded expectations. Every corner of this home was impeccably clean and tidy, from the spotless kitchen and bathrooms to the serene living areas and the high-quality bed and sheets. I slept like a baby. The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent: I was able to work remotely on high performance projects with no issue. I’m a beach lover, and the home's proximity to Playa Bonita, Playa Coson, and Playa Punty Popy couldn't be beaten. The nearby beaches are clean, clear, and easy to swim in. I also recommend enjoying the terraces. The upstairs terrace is particularly nice for enjoying an afternoon tea, while the gentle seabreeze cools you (even in July). Most importantly, the home and surrounding property are exceptionally safe, and we appreciated the peace of mind knowing that around the clock security personnel watch over the property. Both pools always sparkled and were clean and bright blue. I swam laps each morning. The property's unique location deserves special mention. I enjoyed my stay at this property a lot! Needed few weeks away from all the craziness that surrounds us these days ( 2020-2022). This place: Las Terrenas and the case we rented was like living in a little paradise. 15 min walk to the Town Center, Fish market or a beach. Great owner and super funny dogs on the property. The only thing I would improve is the internet , that was not very good and lasted for few minutes sometimes. But otherwise charming little villa surrounded with Caribbean plants . Loved it!
