A superbly presented, contemporary apartment located just a few minutes' walk from all you could wish to see & do in York and just 500m from York Art Gallery, York Theatre Royal and The City Walls.

This stylish 2 bedroom property is brand new and has been thoughtfully furnished by the interior designers that have been used. The property is situated on the second floor of the building with lift access.

The apartment benefits from having new windows and secondary glazing throughout to offer a bit of peace and quiet. The main living area features a modern 3 seater sofa and separate occasional chair. There's a dining space to seat four 4 dinner too. The well presented kitchen area features plenty of cupboard and storage space along with an integrated dishwasher. There's a wall mounted Smart TV for your enjoyment that has separate remote controlled backlighting to set your mood of choice.

One of the bedrooms features a king size bed along with a very modern ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed along with a wardrobe and dressing table. The main bathroom features a tiled floor and large walk in shower. Both bathrooms come complete with underfloor heating for that extra luxurious touch.

The apartment comes with a free, allocated parking space at the rear of the property set within a secure, gated development.

Pre festive break

This is our second time staying at these apartments as they are very close to the city. Only a few minutes walk to York Minster and the town centre. Has everything you need for a short break. Would highly recommend. Would recommend Nola’s restaurant for variety of food and if looking to go to the jazz night book well in advance.

Enjoyable

Have stayed at various stays York properties and never been disappointed,same again this time. Minor gripe was there was no dishwasher tablet to use. There was actually a washing machine one in the box which had we used in it you’d still be trying to rinse the foam out.. As I said a minor gripe though.

An excellent stay in a fabulous location

The stay was superb, we all loved the flat. We loved the ensuite to the main bedroom. The only downside was a funny smell in the bathroom after the first shower of the day

Five Star Fail

The property is in a very central location and it is evident that money has been spent to create a high end feel to both the interior and exterior. However, there it ends. Small details were missed that you would not have expected. For example a lack of bathroom products, one small piece of soap for both the wash basin and the shower. The hospitality bag was for two people and we were a party of four. More disappointing was the standard of housekeeping. The dinner plates in the cupboard needed washing before use, the electric sandwich maker was stowed in the cupboard dirty. There was evidence of solidified butter all over the grilling plates.The cover on the ironing board in the utility cupboard was in shreds and the iron was rendered unusable due to the scorched debris on the ironing plate. In addition, there was a distinct lack of glassware, no tumblers or water glasses, only two lager glasses. G&T in a mug anyone? I am disappointed that a property that promised so much comfort & luxury fell so short of five stars.

Short break in York

This property is a touch of luxury for a wonderful stay in York. Very well looked after and maintained building and the apartment is lovely too. We had everything we needed and I’d highly recommend staying here.

Fab stay

Customer care from Stays York Ltd was excellent- good communication, easy payment, info on the apartment was great and info about york was helpful. The apartment was very central as described. Apartment was clean and well maintained. The 4 for comfort would have been a 5 if the pillows were more comfortable, if the sofa was more comfortable and the windows opened wider as it was very warm . I would stay in this apartment again.

Newly Remodeled Lovely Flat

The flat was beautifully remodeled, clean & comfortable. So conveniently located to the York Minster & historic area of York, and a short walk to the train station (approx 10 min). The rental agency is right down the block and we dropped in and met the ladies running the office. So nice & professional.

Well located modern apartment with great parking

Bootham Urban space was an excellent 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, comfortable and well equipped. Very well located for access to the heart of the old city. The dedicated, private secure parking af the rear was very good.

Fantastic Apartment

Apartment absolutely gorgeous and so clean, bedrooms are beautiful and bathroom and en-suite both stunning and very modern. Would definitely recommend this apartment, also has a lift so no need to worry about carrying suitcases up two flights of stairs. The only thing we found was that it is a very hot apartment, they do supply two fans, but even with these the apartment was still very warm and the bedding was quite thick so might be better to have the option of a summer duvet as well, but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. Also Stays York were fantastic, so helpful, nothing was a problem for them.

Excellent York City Apartment

Perfect location, 2 minute walk from York Minster. Really nicely kept building, with a lift. Great secure parking with added benefit of electric charging points. Clean throughout. All modern features including hot water tap in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large showers. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend to a family of 4. One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. Only glitch was the checkin as the code to access parking and main door had been changed. But very helpful on the phone to give us updated codes.

Fabulous apartment

We went for a long weekend and could not have asked for a better stay, the apartment was immaculate and the location perfect for the city centre shops and restaurants. There were 4 adults and more than enough space, the bedrooms were big enough, the only issue was there was not much hanging space in the wardrobe of the en-suite bedroom. Everything you need was provided, iron, hairdryer, kitchen appliances, plenty of utensils and glasses/cups etc. The bed was the comfiest I have slept in, and even though on a main road, it was very quiet thanks to the double glazed windows. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice flat, great location

We stayed here for a few days in the October half term as a joint visit to see my son at university and also to see York. The flat is in a fantastic location, literally a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of the city and the Minster. The flat was very comfortable and cozy. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but not perfect, but that would not stop me from highly recommending this accommodation and would gladly stay again.

The place was lovely, the location excellent, the only thing I would change is that there are 2 keys, as we went with our son and girlfriend, that way we could have had one key each rather than having to input all the codes to get at the key everything you were going out or coming back.

Great base in York

Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and 2 children. Fantastic base for exploring York. Walking distance to lots of the main attractions and great to be able to lock the car away off the street too. Well set up apartment with all the necessary items you’d need for your stay. Slight issue with ventilation but didn’t really cause any issues with our stay. Sainsbury’s literally across the street so ideal to pick up anything you’ve forgot. Will stay here again on our next visit to York. Highly recommend this property.

Bootham Urban Space was a beautiful apartment and so close to everything.

What a beautiful apartment. So clean and luxurious. Close to all amenities and restaurants and the centre of York. Excellent parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be back one day.

Lovely property in a fantastic location - we had an issue with the bed albeit the owner sorted this very quickly . Only slight issue was that the beds were too soft for our tastes and as such sleep quality sufferred- apart from that could not fault it. Would highly recommend
