This Villa in paradise is uniquely positioned, it is the only property in Anse Royale with a private pool and within 3 minutes walk to arguably the best beach on the Island, the world renowned Anse Royale and Fairyland beaches on beautiful Mahé Island, Seychelles.
Perfectly situated for exploring all that Seychelles has to offer, has parking within the grounds but also has the bus route nearby. Ideally located for beaches and shops. Set in a wonderful garden close to the Ocean with sea and mountain amazing views, Royal Bay Villa and Apartment are ideally located, there are no mountains to climb to reach your accommodation. The Villa and Apartment offer flexible, air conditioned, open plan living. Both include fully fitted kitchens and appliances, such as washing machines, chilled filtered water dispensers and Nespresso coffee machines.
Welcome pack of tea, coffee, coffee capsules/pods, milk and sugar is provided in both the Villa and Apartment.
All are En-suite bedrooms having cable TV, tea and coffee making facilities and Nespresso machines.
WiFi internet access is throughout.
In addition the Villa kitchen also has dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ice maker.
The Villa boasts a comfortable large lounge and ground floor toilet with the addition of an extra toilet suitable for small children.
Dining with seating for all the family around the table can be achieved both inside in the dining area and outside in the outdoor kitchen which is poolside.
Outside the grounds are secure with parking, level lawned garden, children’s play area, swimming pool, hot tubs and stunning fully equipped outdoor kitchen including large gas barbecue, griddle/plancher, separate hob, fridges, dining area and seating.
Poolside, the loungers, luxury wet room and separate outdoor shower are all found in a tranquil tropical setting.
The Villa Verandah with double daybed, also has seating and extra coffee/dining tables. The Apartment has an outdoor terrace with seating and coffee/dining tables.

The Villa stands proudly alongside a small Bungalow Apartment for an additional 2 guests. When booked together, accommodates larger groups or perhaps for families or groups travelling with different generations.

Large beautiful villa with a lovely pool area

Spacious beautiful villa with a lovely private pool area. We were warmly received by the couple who own the villa. They currently lived next door in a smaller house, and they were always helpful. The villa's own gardener was also smiling around the villa and kept the beautiful garden in order. The villa actually has its own giant tortoise "Shakespeare" which is located in the back garden. Recommended

Great Stay!

From the start the communication and friendliness of Sarah and Barry was very good. The location is great to reach the nearby Anse Royale beach and as a base to discover the island. The house was in good condition and fitted our party of 10 comfortably. Each one had the opportunity to enjoy their own private space as well as the pool, the patio setup and the outdoor grill area. Barry was very helpful and available for any concerns we had. He gave us great information on the island, where to go, what to do, and also very thoughtful in giving us spicy bonnet peppers and passion fruits to enjoy during our stay. One other plus that we enjoyed was feeding the turtles! Thanks Sarah and Barry for a stay stay in your house.

Anse Royal House

Perfect house, seen from the wesite - But the house is very dirty and not cleaned at all, and there was rats inside the kitchen and in the pool area. When that was point out to the owner, she got very agressive and through os out of the house. The host has a hugh temper, and was aggressive towards us. I can not recomend her or her house.

A wonderful villa in paradise

A lovely flexible villa with beautiful garden in a perfect location close to shops and a stunning beach in a quiet area of Anse Royale. The villa had everything we needed. Hosts were very accommodating to meet all our needs yet we maintained our independence. Will definitely visit again.

There is car parking on the Villa driveway.
Villa Guests and Apartment Guests have access to the Villa Pool Garden including swimming pool, terrace, shower room, dining area and outdoor kitchen.

Our fabulous Villa offers four large en-suite bedrooms with balconies and scenic views, open plan living room, ground floor cloakroom, dining room and kitchen, large enclosed veranda, private pool and terrace, adjoining outdoor kitchen and BBQ, outdoor wet room, outdoor shower, beautiful outdoor garden spaces, gated entrance to on-site parking all within a secure property boundary.
The Villa is only 3 minutes walk to the beautiful Anse Royale Beach together with Fairyland Beach. Ideally located, there are no mountains to climb to reach your accommodation. It is a complete and comfortable home.
Special Occasion catering may be available, please enquire when booking.

ROYAL BAY VILLA HAS THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR TOURISM ESTABLISHMENTS

Depending on the dates of your booking, there may be 2 other guests occupying Royal Bay Apartment, which is a bungalow on the property and adjacent to the Villa. You will be informed if this is the case. Note that you may also book the Villa and Apartment together when available.
The owners may also be present in private, separated self-contained rooms on the ground floor of the Villa.
The gardener may also be present as required.
CCTV operates in the outdoor areas of this property.
Airport transfers and car rental can also be arranged.
