Prime location situated at the entrance of Fase 1, you are walking distance to everything. The beach is just 150 meters away, 5th Ave is around the corner and you have a little ocean view from the rooftop where you will find an ocean view and seating area.
Pool is shared with the other condos in the building.
Open concept and open air architecture provides a tropical breeze throughout the entire house.
24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is in an ultra safe area.
