Formosa Gardens Estates holiday lettings

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Could have spent a lot of time happily just using the pool and games room but as a bonus it is also very convenient for the theme parks, especially Disney World. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the lovely sunsets. Good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Rock and Brew became a favourite.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa and have no issues to reportThe villa was easy to access, in clean good order and as described. The beds were comfy and the villa was well stocked for all our cooking / kitchen needs.The pool benefits from east / west sunshine and was in a great order free from damage or defect. Plenty of pool towels for our use. Lake view was a great entertainment watching the wildlife come and go. Having stayed on Formosa many ‘many’ times I must say this was one of the best! Our new favourite!! Owners are lovely and so responsive with lots of local advice on roads and restaurants. You cannot go wrong with this one!

The house exceeded all expectations—it’s even better than the pictures! Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, it’s equipped with every imaginable kitchen item you could need. Most of our time was spent lounging by the spacious pool or enjoying the incredible cinema room—both were highlights of our stay. We also had a couple of unforgettable BBQ nights, dining under the glow of the pool and deck lights. Charles and Jo were phenomenal hosts, providing seamless communication every step of the way—before, during, and even after our stay. Their attentiveness and care made the experience all the more special. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for finding your perfect getaway in Kissimmee. It was a dream stay from start to finish

Our family holiday at the villa was exceptional. Clean and spacious rooms, more TVs than our local TV shop, games room and supurb pool area (projector screen added during our stay). We were using the Villa as our base for visits to local attractions and the host left plenty of information and local tips that greatly helped when getting our bearings. The pool was obviously our focal point of activity, with 3 children and several child like adults. Many blow up animals were purchased and the jacuzzi proved popular with non-swimmers. The bedrooms and attached en-suites were spacious, comfortable but most of all cool to sleep in, with ceiling fans and great air conditioning. If you are looking for a base for a large family group within throwing distance from all of the Florida attractions, this should be it.

The whole family has had a great holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and within a short distance of all the parks and restaurants. The booking process was easy and efficient. We would definitely return to this villa.

Property was as described. There was everything we needed and more. Grandparents, Children and Grandchildren all enjoyed the facilities only wished we had stayed longer. Could not fault anything would like to return sometime in the future.
