This is the second year we have stayed at dalyan paradise and it is the most beautiful, relaxing, friendly place we have ever stayed and Ali and his family that run the place are absolutely fantastic they can not do enough for you and really make an effort and go out of their way to make sure we had a perfect holiday we will definitely be going back next year

Fantastic visit! We will be back!

Cannot fault this villa or the location. Everything you need is there. Beds are so comfortable (cannot remember the last time I slept so well!) Beautiful private pool and larger shared pool. Kitchen fully equipped. Villa very clean and spacious. All staff were so helpful and friendly. The village is a short and very beautiful walk away with many lovely restaurants and bars on the way and in the village. Recommend a day out on one of the many boat trips. This is my third visit to Dalyan and I will definitely be back. Had the best week there!

The property was clean inside and out. Very spacious with a quality kitchen. The plunge pool was a bonus. The grounds were really nice and well kept and communal pool a decent size. A walk by the river takes you into town with bars and restaurants along the way. There were four of us and we all enjoyed our stay here.

This place was fantastic. Very good location. We took the free-of-charge shuttle boat down through the Dalyan river to the beautiful sandy beach, where we had sunbaths, a healthy sea breeze, and delicious local food to our pleasure. Turkish food is very delicious...you have to try it while you are there. Overall we had the perfect vacation, we really enjoyed it and we are going back for sure!

It was lovely to sit on our bedrooms balcony every morning and enjoy our morning coffee. Really enjoyed the villa. Villa is lovely; spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The pool is the ideal size for relaxing and taking in sun. While there we visited the local town Dalyan and Koycegiz Lake, really nice places with full group activities for a family of 4 people. We loved all the surrounding area ( river, lake, boat tours, etc ), very nice people always there to help you on every occasion. Also great Turkish food in local restaurants. We enjoyed the place very much and we will return for sure.

Lovely villa, in our favourite place in Turkey, Dalyan.Villa was a good size, even if it does need some updating. Large living room / kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little precarious, and care is needed when climbing them. The pool was amazing to have, very secluded, nit overlooked . Spent our days in the sun outside, needing the plunge pool to cool down. Pool was cold but very refreshing and so nice to sit in. The pool was in the sun and shade throughout the day, giving a choice, sunbeds are a little worn and need updating. Good to have a downstairs toilet too.Plenty of room for four people inside but feel there wouldn’t be a lot of room for four around the pool.Villa is well equipped, but we had to buy toilet rolls, soap and washing up liquid. The hotel itself is very run down, communal pool area was nice but needs up dating. The staff at the hotel weren't that friendly, very much unlike all the other staff at hotels where we’ve been before.The hotel does have seating by the river , where it’s so lovely and tranquil to sit, watching boats go by, the many fish plus the turtles. Overall we had such a lovely, relaxing holiday, made even more special having our own pool.And we would return.

WE WERE SO WELL LOOKED AFTER BY ALL THE TEAM AT PARADISE COMPLEX AND MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE PARADISE AND AGNI TEAM, THAT HELPED WITH ARRANGING TRIPS FOR US WHILE THERE. Villa is just like a description. As mentioned in the information display on the website we took the shuttle bus to the private sandy beach resort. Also visited Gocek and Marmaris and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...).We tried great Turkish specialties there. You have to try them while you are there! Also most of our time we were visiting different beaches: Iztuzu Beach, Ekincik Koyu, İN ARDI KOYU, etc. Nice places for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, boat renting...Nice holiday overall. Thanks again...We will be returning again.

PositivesBoth bedrooms were large with modern bathrooms and plenty of cupboard space. The main bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed. Both rooms were very spacious and clean.The living area and pool area was also spacious and inviting with a lovely plunge pool. There was enough space for 4 sun loungers.It was great having the option of using the washing machine.The villa complex is in a nice location, and a pleasant 20-25 minute walk to Dalyan's main restaurants and bars.NegativesOn arrival, which was approximately 11pm, there was no water in the villa so we had to venture out to buy some water. It would be a nice touch to have even a couple of small bottles of water for travellers arriving late at night.We also had to buy toilet rolls, hand soap, washing up liquid, and bin bags and there was also no tea towel provided in the kitchen. These are simple things which would have made our stay more convenient if we did not have to buy them. There was also no toaster in the villa and there were ants inside the kettle which put me off using it. I feel that it should be a standard providing a toaster and a decent kettle/coffee machine in a self catering facility. There was also no cafetiere available.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Elmas Paradise as it was spacious, comfortable and excellent value for money. However, it could be made even better with the small improvements mentioned.

Turkey has always been a great place for my family and me to visit. Villa Elmas Paradise was that what we wanted. Great villa in a nice complex-Paradise complex with lots of extra amenities. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The price was fair for the days we stayed. What can you say about the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers-absolutely gorgeous!!! We also take the boat trip through the Dalyan river - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age and peoples tastes. We met nice friendly people there and tasted almost all Turkish specialties. We spend a terrific holiday there and definitely, we are returning back for next year.

Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own terrace and pool area. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed the evening breeze. Also visited Gocek and Marmaris and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...).We tried great Turkish specialties there. You have to try them while you are there! Also most of our time we were visiting different beaches: Iztuzu Beach, Ekincik Koyu, İN ARDI KOYU etc. Nice places for sunbathing, snorkeling, swimming, boat renting...Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.
