Este lujoso apartamento con aire acondicionado en la planta baja de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en una zona tranquila con vistas a un bosque de granadas, pero está a solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento tiene jardines bien cuidados y piscina comunitaria de buen tamaño. Los jardines están bien cuidados y son excelentes para los niños. Dalyan y sus alrededores están llenos de historia y es un excelente destino de vacaciones para todas las edades. Un montón de tiendas, bares y restaurantes con buena comida. Dalyan está situado en la región de la Costa del Egeo o Turquesa de Turquía. A veces se la conoce como la Riviera turca.

Very convenient for Dalyan centre. Loved this comfortable apartment. Very well equipped. Brian was an excellent host, answering all our queries and even arranged transfers to/from airport. Would definitely stay again if available.

Perfect location, very close to everything but without the noise. Facilities in the apartment had everything we needed. Lovely river walks. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. We had a great holiday.

Lovely apartment close to town

Had a lovely stay at Villa Abra can highly recommend. Only a 5 min walk to Dalyan town but in a quiet secluded area. Even though pool is shared there is plenty of sunbeds and often we .where the only ones around the pool

Amazing Apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean, very modern, great facilities, comfortable beds, lovely outside areas with sun all day. Apartment very close to town centre (3 minute stroll). We are booked to stay again in April. Owners communication was faultless. Would highly recommend.

Great holiday

Loved the apartment and Dalyan. Apartment is in such a good location and so easy to find your way around. Very comfortable and well equipped. Problem with air conditioning dealt with really quickly with great communication from owner and maintenance company. Grounds and pool very well looked after would definitely recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Dalyan

Excellent position close to town

A well modernised well equipped apartment. Just a few minutes walk to the river and shops. Owner organised a very prompt and efficient transfer. It is generally a quiet position though this was somewhat spoilt by barking dogs who live locally on the street. Also sound proofing between upper and lower apartments is poor, I was woken every night by the sound of scraping furniture and voices. I would use again but hope upstairs was unoccupied.

Relaxing stay.

My fifth visit to Dalyan over nineteen years! It never disappoints as a quiet resort. It’s such a beautiful place. Our stay at Abra apartment was great. We have stayed in similar places in Dalyan so we’re familiar with the set up of the apartment and facilities. The updated kitchen and bathroom were a lovely surprise when we arrived. The apartment has everything you could possibly need during your break away. Though we did very little self catering, the kitchen is fully equipped and it was great having a washing machine on hand with laundry drying in no time in the heat! The air con and water cooler were welcome for August temperatures. The outside environment is well tended to and adds to this being a lovely place to stay. The pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and good communication with the owner was an added bonus during the booking process.

Very close to center, but very quiet and private

Superb apartment, literally three to four minutes walk to the centre ( bus station ) . All the facilities where new ( website pictures don't do justice ) . Maybe a microwave would be helpful for use . The communication with Brian the owner was great , he organised the taxi transfer for us and answered any questions quickly. Dalyan is a beautiful place being a very chilled and relaxed place , with no hassle ! Many thanks Brian for a great holiday.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

We spend a long time trying to find the right apartment for our needs when we go away, sun and rest. Let me save you some time. If you want a lovely apartment in a pretty environment and well equipped in close proximity to Dalyan then look no further. Even though you are close to town we had no issues with noise or traffic day or night. This apartment has recently had the kitchen and bathroom updated which makes it even better than the photos.

Perfect sunny villa.

We arranged a private transfer with the owner which worked out well. Excellent smooth and air conditioned minibus which made an easy transfer for me as a poor traveler. Very good location near town and within easy walking distance from the river where there are many excursions on offer. ‘Yummy’ restaurant was nearby and one we would recommend especially if you enjoy fresh pasta. We had full sun from morning till evening with plenty of sun loungers. The villa was well equipped and everything worked well.

Seven days in sunny June

Perfect place to unwind and explore Dalyan. Close enough to the centre but in a quite area. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Nice bed and good sized patio. Also has nice well kept garden and pool. Sunloungers have cushions which make them very comfortable.

We will be back

We have been to Dalyan many times and this apartment is one of the best places we have stayed. It's so convenient, 5 mins walk into the centre, but still feels like you are in the countryside with the pomegranate grove opposite and trees around. Lovely, colourful garden and sparkling pool. Inside, the apartment is spacious. Lovely bedroom and bathroom, and easy to use kitchen area. Nice outside terrace. Very well equipped, could live here quite happily. Airport pick up was fine and the maintenance company was nearby for any problems, not that we had any.

Excellent apartment and location

We have returned to Dalyan four times now and each time we have stayed in this apartment. Excellent accommodation and very peaceful location opposite a pomegranate field. It is only a five minute walk into Dalyan centre with restaurants, bars and shops. The gardens and pool are well maintained and there are shaded areas as well as several parasols and sunbeds. Thank you Brian and Ann for yet another lovely and memorable holiday in Dalyan.

Great Apartment

Our 5th visit to Turkey, 2nd to Dalyan & 1st stay at Abra Appartment, but this is definately the best Apartment we have stayed at in Turkey. Peaceful location in Gulpinar area, but right on the doorstep for Dalyan centre, 5 minutes from mosque square & only a couple of mins from the bars, restaurants & shops by the river. A proper home from home, everything you need is on hand & large water bottle delivery saves carrying from the supermarket. Lovely shaded outside area overlooking the pool area, kept very tidy by the local agent. Pool was spotless, always clean & plenty of sun loungers as only 4 apartments share the pool. Situated in quiet cul de sac & looks onto pomegranate field, not overlooked. All in all a great relaxing place to holiday. Unfortunately, it was already booked for next year when we planned to return, but we will be back again for certain in the future. Great communication from the owner Brian, nothing a problem, even arranged a private transfer from airport with local agent, very professional. Thanks again, a great Holiday made even better by staying at the Abra.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We have visited Dalyan before a couple of years ago and decided to return to the same apartment, Abra. We are a family of 4 with two older children. We love the area, the views and weather are fantastic!! The apartment is super, very modern with all the facilities that you could need. Abra is very close to town but it is also quiet (just a short walk to restaurants etc) We like the ground floor as it gives quick access to the pool which is great. Lots to do here as a family, boat trips, beach is great, or just chilling out by the pool, would really recommend the apartment and the area, you will not be disappointed.

Hi thank you for taking an interest in our apartment. We purchased the apartment new in May 2007, we had never been to Dalyan before, but just fell in love with the place, its calm way of life, just draws you in. Our apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need, for the perfect holiday, it is in a lovely quite setting, with beautiful views of the mountains, and we face a pomegranate field, it is very peaceful, yet only 5 minutes walk from the town and the river. If you should have anything you would like to ask while on holiday, there is always somebody on hand. (Telephone numbers in the information binder)
