Welcome to your home away from home! Located 1.5 miles from Saratoga Flat Track and less than a mile walk to downtown Saratoga. While in town, you will find Saratoga's famous Mineral Springs, quaint shops, fine and casual dining, Movie theatre, coffee shops, Saratoga Casino/Harness racing track and great night life. Easy access to everything. Our home has a finished basement with back yard access. House has central air, dishwasher, washer and dryer. One car garage and off street parking. Deck off of kitchen with patio seating and gas grill. Second lower deck with fire pit, adirondack chairs patio set. Cable TV, internet with wifi. Spacious comfy living room for lounging. Large entertainment room with desk area, Ping Pong table and TV. Our home has all you will need for a memorable getaway.

Everything about our stay either met or exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, close to SPAC and close to town. The house is in great shape inside and out. I hope it's available again next summer when we make our yearly trip.

Big Comfortable House Only a mile from Downtown

Great Place to Stay. Quiet Neighborhood but close to everything. Downtown Saratoga only a mile away. Plenty of Restaurants, shoppes, pubs and of course the race track. Owners were friendly and accommodating and there was good communication.

Very nice and clean home. Enjoyed our stay very much. Close to everything!!!!! Not recommended for people who cant do stairs as the living room was on lower level. But the upstairs had a tv in 2 bedrooms with local service. TV in kitchen was nice for my morning coffee which I could watch local news and stations. WIFI isn't locked so my Netflix was tapped, changed my password and everything is fine now.

This home is located a convenient walking distance to many enjoyable sections of downtown Saratoga. It is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely nice and respond quickly to your questions and needs. The treat of a stocked pantry with spices and the little things you miss in your kitchen when you’re away won me over.

We are John and Dorrie Enzien. We have lived in Saratoga since the mid eighties. John grew up not far from here and I moved here from northern Connecticut. This home is our full time residence where John and I raised our two sons. We also have a small cabin on Sacandaga Lake (45 minutes away) where we stay when our home is occupied.

We are so lucky to live in the greatest city and are happy to share our home with others who want to experience the Saratoga Spa lifestyle we enjoy every day.

What makes this property unique

We love our home because this neighborhood is so close to all the things anyone could ever need. Walkable city, great schools, parks, museums, grocery and Farmer's markets, restaurants, Saratoga Performing Arts Center and of course Saratoga's Thoroughbred race track.
