Enjoy east-side living in this newly updated, historic "Italianette" style home. Our home is centrally located-- an 8-minute walk to downtown and 3 minutes drive, or 20-minute walk to the Saratoga Race Track. This well-appointed, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps one or two families or a small group gathering. We have taken pride and love in updating and designing this house to be a retreat for our family, and we hope that you find comfort and joy in it as well.

Our home features two separate living areas--a chic and stylish parlor and a cozy den, complete with books, games, and a smart TV. The entire home is outfitted with brand new furniture, mattresses, towels, linens, and decor.

The primary bedroom features a King bed with cotton high-thread-count sheets, a walk-in closet, television, and a large dresser. The other bedrooms include a Casper mattress, organic cotton sheets, and blackout shades for a high-quality sleep experience.

This is a wonderful home particularly for multi couples or a family. Location was ideal for the track and downtown. We ate in one night after the races and the kitchen is fully stocked. The common areas on the first floor are comfortable and the outdoor patio is quiet at night.

Beautiful classic home in downtown Saratoga

We were in Saratoga for a horse show for our kids for the weekend. The communication between the owners and us was impeccable. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was immaculate. We loved the signs everywhere to tell us instructions and where things were located in the house. The phone chargers (for every device possible) were in every single room! Huge added touch for our family. The coffee out of the keurig was so delish and we aren’t usually a fan. It was a lovely home and we had a great stay because of it.

Sibling Reunion

The house was perfect for 3 sibling couples who were getting together for the first time in several years. We especially enjoyed being able to linger over long breakfasts outside. The location is an easy walk to downtown Saratoga in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Just be aware that none of the bathrooms are in-suite. This was not an issue for us; it might be a consideration for others. We're hoping to come back again.

Family weekend in Saratoga

Everything about the Nelson property was great. The house is setup for ease of VRBO guests with plenty of instructions throughout the house. Owner was very responsive and helpful. House is just a short walk from the track and town, easier than finding parking! House was a lovely old home which has been updated / well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect house for our getaway!

My partner and I stayed here for two weeks, and had a friend join for the first few days. We were a little nervous about such a long stay, but it was perfect. The house was in a great neighborhood- we walked to both downtown and the track - and was so well decorated and stylish. We loved all the nice touches, and there was plenty of everything (we have stayed in VRBOs where they leave you two trash bags - this was definitely not that way.) Our hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Can't wait to come back!

The house is beautiful, clean, and the decor was amazing, which made the house feel extra special. As if that wasn't enough, the location can’t be beat! We loved how easy it was to walk to restaurants and nearby shops. As a party of 5, we had plenty of room and enjoyed spending time outside on the patio too. The check-in instructions were clear, parking was easy, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. The hosts also have a binder of thoughtful suggestions for things to do in the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Fun Family Easter Weekend

We had a great experience meeting up with family for an enjoyable easter weekend. Very easy to communicate with Rebecca and the home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great location, as we were able to walk downtown. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend.
