Welcome to SeaEsta, tastefully refurbished with luxury in mind. This 3- bedroom holiday home comfortably sleeps 6 making for the ideal family getaway to the seaside.
Conveniently placed a short walk from Torquay's seafront, harbour, and town centre, this stunning holiday home makes for the perfect base to explore the English Riviera.
Situated within a secure gated complex, the house benefits from garage parking for one car with plenty of on-street parking in the surrounding area too.

SeaEsta is the perfect base for a family trip to Torbay. Set over three levels and decorated in a modern style, it is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The ground floor of the house has a large fully equipped kitchen that has a few special extras such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, a cafetiere, a water dispensing fridge, and bowl gin and wine glasses for a holiday tipple. The dining area seats 6 people, perfect for breakfast and those cosy nights in with a home-cooked meal. There is a modern WC on the ground floor and a large cupboard to store coats and shoes.
The first level goes up to the heart of the house, the stylish living room. It is complete with soft chenille textures, a very large corner sofa, pouffe and comfortable armchairs. There is an HD smart TV that also includes Freeview and a soundbar. On those rainy nights, you can make use of board games and a pack of cards and have a game night. On the side of the lounge, there is a small balcony complete with rattan furniture.
Just across from the living room is the double bedroom furnished with a comfortable bed with luxury bedding and crisp sheets. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of room to store your bags and belongings. This bedroom has french doors leading to a balcony for when you need a spot of fresh air. From the landing, you will find the newly refurbed bathroom which has a large bath and waterfall shower head. There is also a shaving charging point.
On the top floor are the master bedroom, the twin room, and a very modern shower room with a waterfall shower. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, two skylights with Velux blinds, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a chaise lounge. The twin room includes plenty of draw and wardrobe space as well as two very comfortable single beds.
Travel cot available on request, please let us know if required so that we can ensure cot linens are left out.

Upon entering the secure gated complex, you will find your garage parking for one car and the entrance to the home.
The automatic garage door is operated via a key fob. Please see the bottom of this description for measurements for your car. Should you be unable to fit your car, there is on-street parking just down the road or directly opposite the rear of the property.
