Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.

Hambury Cottage is situated in a tranquil location and benefits from a sunny enclosed garden that leads out onto communal BBQ and firepit area. The cottage is a stone’s throw away from water sports facilities.

This contemporary cottage is furnished to a high standard and enjoys an open plan kitchen/living/dining room on the ground floor which leads to the private garden via glass bi-fold doors.

The first floor enjoys vaulted ceilings, one double, one bunk bed room and a good-sized family bathroom with shower over bath.

The property has a downstairs cloakroom, washer/dryer, and a log burner for cosy nights in.
