The island, perfectly located between Le Marais and Notre Dame de Paris, is protected from the bustle of the city and retains its small-town atmosphere.
This apartment was fully renovated by a French architect to combine its historic grandeur with contemporary comfort.
The space
The building was constructed in the 17th century following the decision of Marie de Médicis, regent of young Louis XIII, to develop the Ile Saint-Louis.

The apartment includes:

- 1 Counter with 8 seats
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower and WC, one with shower and no WC)

3 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 3 with mezzanine (1m/3ft high and no window)
- Living room : convertible sofa into a bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment including a detailed video that will explain how to get inside the building and the apartment.

- The apartment is yours
- You find the keys of the apartments in the masterlock to the right of the apartment door below the digital code
- The door to your apartment is the door to the right of the main door
- We will send you the code of the box before your arrival
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
