With 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, it sleeps up to 7 people. The large, bright living room is equipped with Bang&Olufsen TV and audio and, like the spacious, partially covered terrace with lounge furniture and pool, also offers magnificent far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. A new, open designer kitchen with bar and bar stools, as well as a large dining table with seating for up to 10 people are available to guests. All bedrooms have underfloor heating and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor, the remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two of the double bedrooms have direct access to a terrace with sun loungers, lounge furniture and stunning views. The villa has easy access and can accommodate 2-3 cars. A small sandy beach is only a 10-minute walk away and the port of Andratx with its numerous restaurants and shopping facilities is also only a few minutes away.
