Extremely central location, my property is located right off the Royal Mile.
There is a lovely and quiet square to the front and quiet green garden to the back, perfect for some peaceful time before hitting the Town!
My flat also has a small balcony with chairs and table for sunny days and a homely/modern feel!

The large window in the living area let in lots of natural light, which highlights the space, making the open living area the perfect place to re-charge in between exploring the city.
The fully equipped kitchen is compact but offers all the modern appliances and utensils you need to cook up a feast for a night in, there are a table and chairs that provide an ideal place to enjoy your meal with your loved ones or can also be used as a work desk.
There's a gorgeous king-sized bed in the spacious bedroom and ample of storage with a double wardrobe and a set of drawers for you to store your personal belongings (the fire place is for decoration only).
The bathroom offers a walk in shower and a hand & bath towel is provided for each guest.

Note: This property has stairs (39) to the property and at the rear 2 sets of stairs, no lift access but the view is worth it.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included

When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
