This property is set over the ground-floor and lower-ground-floor and consists of an open-plan space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, two further king-size bedrooms and a double, along with a bathroom. There is also a movie room with l-shape sofa bed, and a utility/cloakroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a front garden and terraced garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach. Beach Retreat is a stunning base for exploring the coast of Cornwall. Note: Pets not allowed on carpeted areas.
