Overall impression was amazing. Check in and out was so easy and simple. Filippo was so helpful and made us reservations for restaurants. Kitchen fully equipped, wi fi spot on and everything was so clean

The property was perfect for our group of 12. It was clean and spacious. Everyone had plenty of room and there were interesting nooks and crannies throughout the house! Lastly, the property manager was fantastic!

The house completely met our expectations and was exactly like the photos listed on the website We found a disadvantage the separation of the waste and the fact that there were no large containers available for it since you are staying in the house with a large group of people.

Time with friends

As a repeat offender, the house fully met our standards. It is generously laid out. The pool and garden area perfect. All five couples had a great room. If the check-in had worked right away, we would not have had a minus point at all.

Lovely large villa

Cà Uvenere is a lovely large villa, with lots of space both inside and outside, various outside terraces with a roof, has a very clean swimming pool, view on the valley, very well equipped kitchen, large nicely decorated sleeping rooms and clean bathrooms. The whole villa is very nicely decorated, which made it feel very homely. We missed waste baskets, especially in the bathrooms. They were only to be found in the kitchen.

We chose Cà Uvenere based on value for money, facilities and location - we were a multi-generational

The pool was large and clean, although we would note that it is a swimming pool rather than a leisure pool, and the depth and single entry/exit ladder means close supervision would be needed for young children. The pizza oven and grill were superb, although more firewood for the pizza oven would be nice. The kitchen was generally well-equipped- see suggestions for improvements. The WiFi was solid and reliable. Philippo was a good host. We would suggest providing a few smaller roasting tins for the kitchen, and waste bins in each bedroom/en-suite bathroom. A knife sharpener would also be helpful, as would a plug for the kitchen sinks. With larger numbers of guests, the 2-slice toaster is too small - a catering-standard toaster for at least 4 slices would be suggested. A selection of larger glasses (eg for Aperol Spritz or beer) would be nice.

Perfect service

Communication was by whatsapp and email. Filippo had all sorts of tips for restaurants, wine, bakery supermarkets and so on. But the owner who lives next door was excellent. For excample. We wanted to make use of the pizza oven, within an our he brought wood to use it. When we had problems with elektricity due to to-much machines has was quit fast to fix it. All in all Lucca Villa's and the owners do everything to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

Beautiful Holiday Accommodation

A beautiful home set in a spacious, peaceful plot. Cà Uvenere has so many different spaces, inside and out to chill out in and take in the wonderful scenery. We were a small group but the house could easily accommodate 12 guests without it feeling crowded. Tastefully furnished with clean, modern bathrooms and traditional kitchen with modern appliances along with plenty of plates, glasses etc for guests. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels all a good quality. The pool is well maintained with large comfortable loungers and other outdoor seating. Communication from the point of enquiry through to check out was fantastic, responsive and helpful. A pool cover/hearing would possibly help maintain the temperature of the pool as it was quite cold in September so we couldn’t use very much which was a shame.

Spacious villa, great pool & outdoor space

We were 7 adults and three young children, this place was perfect. There is so much space, we did not have to worry about the children waking each other or the adults! The villa is quite large with three indoor sitting areas but we spent most of the time outdoors near the pool or the amazing large outdoor dining table. The villa has one room and one bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, there are 5 proper bedrooms, 3 of which have on suite bathrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, but there is a door to close off these two rooms & bath from the rest of the upstairs (creating a 2 bedroom “suite” which shares the bathroom). There was also a large closet upstairs which was perfect for a baby travel crib :) The house was fully stocked with all the essentials like shampoo, paper products, salt/pepper, etc. The owner had two travel cots and two high chairs, which were so helpful! There are several stores nearby. The location is perfect with the town of Bientina quite close, as well as Lucca, Pisa & Florence being within an hour drive. The view from the house is epic, the pictures do not do it justice. All in all a wonderful stay!

Outstanding Rural Property!

The location of this home was wonderful! We were in this property for almost three weeks so we got to know it well. It’s 30-40 minutes from: Luca, Pisa, Florence etc. We wanted a true Tuscany experience and were very happy with how it all turned out. There are three small towns within 5 minutes (multiple grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques, VINEYARDS galore). House was: immaculately clean, stocked as you’d expect, pool was clean and perfect after a long day of sightseeing, quiet, beautiful sunsets, brick pizza oven was super fun to attempt to use, basketball hoop out back, good laundry setup, AC was excellent, and the towel/linen situation was plentiful. The listing doesn’t really do this house any justice! There are 6 bedrooms: 3 big rooms with en suite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. None of the bedrooms are small, refreshing change! There is one bedroom on the main level that has access to a bathroom just down a short hall. If you are traveling with someone with limited abilities, this bedroom would be the perfect solution. The entire main floor is one step away from being accessible. One of the main ways that you access the house from town is a road that is surrounded on both sides by SUNFLOWERS! The owner lives just down the street and the rental agent was super responsive! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Excellente location

Bonjour Filippo a été extrêmement accueillant et il nous a mis tout de suite en confiance et pour cela je le remercie personnellement. Nous étions 6 couples soit 12 personnes et la maison est très spacieuse et jamais nous nous sommes gênés. Sauf peut être la cuisine qui paraît plus petite par rapport aux autres pièces ....elle aurait mérité quelques mètres carrés de plus. L extérieur est d un calme absolu avec une très belle piscine. Concernant la propreté de la maison, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. La seule contrainte est le tri sélectif des poubelles , peut être prévoir des poubelles un peu plus grande car à douze, elles sont vite pleines. Vraiment un grand merci à l équipe de Lucca pour leur sérieux et leur service car étant de France sans parler l italien , ils ont été extrêmement professionnel. Encore merci Tout est dit dans le texte ci dessus

Very beautiful House

Very nice house, very well equipped and spotless! The house is very big with lots of space up- and downstairs as well as huge garden and terasses. Its a tasteful place with everything you need and more! The house is in a quiet area, which definitely asks for a car to get around (not really walking distance to anything). Communication and check-in all went very well and easy!
