Tuscan Fizz Villa is located along the Wine Road among vineyards and olive groves, only a short drive from the picturesque city center of Lucca, 30 minutes from the nearest beach of Viareggio/Forte dei Marmi, within day-trip distance of many of the historic villages and Tuscan landmarks such as Cinque Terre, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Livorno, Bolgheri, Garfagnana and many others and easily reached from the airports in Pisa and Florence. Beautiful villa with amazing views. The swimming pool was wonderful to cool off after a busy day sightseeing. The host was very helpful with an advice on restaurants, taxis, etc. To enjoy the villa you need a car to drive to local villages.

Our stay was fantastic! The house had lots of room for all 8 of us including large bathrooms. As described, it’s a little remote so a rental car is recommended but be prepared for steep inclines and tight spaces. The property is gorgeous and was the perfect setting for a surprise marriage proposal! We highly recommend this property.

This place is a slice of paradise!! We had the very best time and enjoyed both relaxing at the gorgeous property and touring the towns and sights nearby. The home and garden space is beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host was responsive and helped us with a reservation at a nearby restaurant that turned out to be one of our favorite evenings out. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to come back another time.

Absolutely breath taking villa on the hills above Lucca. The history, charm and comfort of the home were only secondary to the magnificent view of the mountains and rolling hillside town. The property has been meticulously maintained. Daniela was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond in assisting us and ensuring we had a fabulous stay.

Absolutely beautiful property

Absolutely beautiful property and would not hesitate to recommend .The best thing without a doubt are the lovely grounds , immaculately kept , large swimming pool , outside dining and the open expansive views to the front of the property . Inside all the bedrooms are furnished comfortably , everything is provided for . As most of the bedrooms are ensuite , you feel there is plenty of space for everyone . We could easily have stayed longer !

A wonderful private Villa

A lovely, private villa in the hills of Tuscany. Perfect for our group of six. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas (especially for dining outdoors). The kitchen was stocked with cooking tools and serving platters. We enjoyed having a local private chef cook for us as well. The villa is in a quiet, beautiful area (though the road to access the driveway is quite narrow). Our host contact, Daniela, was wonderful—responsive, helpful and kind. We look forward to returning to the property one day!

As a group of 7 friends staying here we couldn’t have had a better week! The place was so beautiful, even moreso than the photos. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. This home has the best view I have ever seen

The responsiveness of the host was wonderful. They made an extra effort to help arrange restaurants. The photos do not do the breathtaking view justice. The villa is roomy, comfortable, beautiful. The pool is refreshing and will keep you cool. We made lunchdinner every day, using the wood fired barbeque and kitchen. We are already recommending to our friends.

We had a great time at this villa. It's not a long ride to get there, and although it's higher up, we had no issues getting to the villa. The views are amazing, and the house was very rustic and clean. The pool was amazing and very large. The rooms were all very large and accommodating. Lucca Apartments was also very helpful with setting up a car rental for us an having Hertz drop-off, and pick-up the car. We also great recommendations for private wine tastings and private chef dinners. Lastly, you're only a 20 min drive to Lucca downtown area. We had a great experience and really enjoyed the villa and the town.

A very great time in Tuscan Fizz

Incredible views

The views from this Villa are incredible and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and having dinner outside overlooking the hills. The location is 25/30 minutes from Lucca which was a wonderful day trip, and there are some good large grocery stores 20 min away as well. There is a wonderful restaurant that is within walking distance and we spent many nights there! The road to get up to the Villa is very tiny and bumpy — it is difficult to navigate so if possible hiring a driver might be worth it if you are worried about scratching your car. The Villa itself was nice but very rustic (over 150 yrs old.) Overall we had an enjoyable stay even with the extremely hot weather.

Would 100% recommend a stay @ Tuscan Fizz

Magnificent Villa with perfect views over Lucca both day & night ( beautiful twinkling lights ) Surrounding views over hills are great too. We were a group of 8 & all spaces internal & external were very accomodating for our group to all comfortably relax, dine & drink together. Villa is spotlessly clean & a real highlight on our itinerary. The ease of driving in & out of Lucca & surrounding areas was also great. Many thanks to Daniela for excellent communication in lead up to stay. Daniela was also very responsive throughout our stay, assisting us when required, nothing was a problem. Would also highly recommend a visit to La Badiola if looking for Wine Tasting & Tour of a beautiful winery / property. Grazie Jodene

Tuscan Fizz was the definition of peace and serenity

Tuscan Fizz was the definition of peace and serenity, set high in the Tuscan countryside. The landscaping around the home was spectacular, and the sparkling pool added to the relaxed ambiance. The views were breathtaking! From the home, we relaxed to the sounds of birdsong…and an occasional cow moo-ing below. We even had friendly and well behaved dogs who visited us daily—a welcome presence for dog lovers on vacation. We loved our stay and recommend it with one warning—the roads to get to the house are tricky. Do not plan to arrive at nightyou will struggle to find it. Arrive the first time only in daylight.

The location is stunning. The photos are exactly what the sunsets and sunrises look like. We had 4 couples and 2 toddlers 3 and 1 years old. The layout of the house is such that everyone had plenty of space and separation as well as there were various places to gather. We had great dinners outdoors, days lounging at home by the pool. I looked at hundreds of places for a pool far from the house and with enough obstacles to deter the children/ enable pool safety plus indoor stair rails. Villa Fizz was the best. Highly recommend. Minor note those who an automatic car tackled the steep, very narrow driveway best. Thanks Daniela for being a responsive, friendly host
