CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This large open plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the most desirable apartment block in Soho between two of Soho's most iconic streets, Dean St and Wardour St. Perfect for small groups or families wishing to explore some of London's most vibrant areas or looking to relax within a stylish, central London apartment.

The Space:
Past the converted warehouse façade, you'll find an open-plan layout with a modern interior. With two stunning bedrooms, both possessing an en suite, this apartment is the pinnacle of luxury. The bedrooms are equipped with tremendous windows, splashing light onto the minimalist décor. With white walls and neutral wooden flooring, the splashes of colour throughout the bedrooms add individuality and warmth to the beautiful space.

Both en suites are decorated beautifully with geometric aspects and steel pipework to create a clean, modern feel. The spacious bath is the perfect place to relax with a few candles and music, and the shower is ideal for your morning routine.

The minimalist decoration creates contrariety with the unique artwork running throughout the property. With a combination of biological, geographical and Warholian style art, it works to mirror the nature of the décor, contrasting and compelling. The main living area and kitchen present neutral whites and greys which work beautifully with the bright colours of the gorgeous velvet chairs. The contrasting 70’s style and modern décor give this property its fantastic individuality, only enhanced by the steel island in the spacious kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to entirety of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Soho is filled with entertainment, from restaurants to bars, galleries and Jazz clubs, you’ll never be bored. Soho has been home to a myriad of famous faces, including Karl Marx, Mozart and the Sex Pistols, and it’s no wonder when you see the eclectic nature of the place. Visit Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club for some drinks and entertainment, or head over to The French House for a history lesson on Charles De Gaulle. For those who love eating out, exploration, and an energetic nightlife, then look no further than stimulating Soho.

Getting Around:
Leicester Square, Piccadilly circus, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road are all surrounding the property.

The closest tube station is Piccadilly circus which is just a mere 6-minute walk away. If arriving by train into Kings Cross, this can be accessed by taking the Piccadilly line Westbound for 5 stops. If arriving at Euston, take the Northern line Southbound for 4 stops. If arriving at Waterloo station, take the Bakerloo Northbound for 3 stops. If you are coming from Paddington Station, take the Bakerloo line Southbound for 6 stops.

You can of course get Ubers or Taxis very easily around London. We recommend that you download 'Citymapper' which is perfect for travelling around London, this will give you more detailed leave/arrival/duration of journey times as well as prices and alternative routes available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that given the central Soho location noise is expected. It is down a quiet mews road however there is frequent visitors and vans that use the street.

The building comes equipped with a lift and a 24/7 staffed concierge who manage the whole building.
