Top Floor 2 Bedroom. The second bedroom is a small bunk room. This condo sleeps 6.

This condo is newly renovated and has everything you need to make your vacation a home away from home. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bath. 2nd Bedroom is a small bunk bedroom with attached bath. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa-bed. There is also a second full bathroom. Relax on the balcony with it amazing 4th floor view and enjoy all the sights and sounds of the Gulf. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with this condo during season.
You are a short drive from all of the wonderful fun things in Destin and many great restaurants , but most of all it is all about that View !

This condo was beautiful. It’s a short walking distance to the beach and having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a huge plus. The pool was chilly (used to a heated pool in October) and we had to walk a little further than I like to go swimming. The pool area also could use some upkeep. I wasn’t crazy about the cleaning responsibilities when leaving after paying so much for the condo. I have never had to schedule a cleaning when traveling before or make sure that all the sand was cleaned up in the condo. The refrigerator leaked which was inconvenient and a pain to clean up everyday while also trying to take care of kiddos and enjoy our vacation. Overall it was a nice stay with few complaints.

Beautiful, updated condo. Great location & easy walk to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs & umbrella were very convenient. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and condo was very clean upon arrival. Being responsible for cleaning up all the sand in the condo ourselves was a first for us, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was nice very good location. If there r more than 2 staying there u need to buy paper plates not enough dinner plates, glasses etc u will b washing every meal. Bath towels r very ruff!! Showers were not clean!

This property is wonderful! I don’t know how else to say it. Props to the cleaning staff bc this was the cleanest rental we have ever seen. The decorations are just the right amount without going overboard or junky. Everything seemed new and up to date. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. All of my dealings with Becky Downs (realtor) were pleasant and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here next time!
