Relax and Refresh in this amazing 3 bedroom condo at the beautiful, family oriented Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. Located on the second floor of building 1, you will have gorgeous views of the gulf from the master bedroom and the balcony. This pet-friendly, non-smoking unit, formerly known as Lucky's Hideaway, can accommodate 8 people comfortably. There are TWO large king bed suites as well as a 3rd bedroom with bunks. There is also a pull-out sofa with a comfy mattress for 2 more people. There's even a pack-n-play if you have a little one. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own TV and DVD player.
Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach where you will be provided with complimentary beach service which includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas (seasonal mid-March - October). Need more chairs than that? There are also 2 Tommy Bahama chairs in the unit. There are also beach toys and beach bags available too. Maravilla has two pools - one Gulf front and one heated - a whirlpool, work-out room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach.
The unit includes stainless steel appliances and new designer porcelain tile floors. Furniture and decor will have you feeling relaxed and at home in no time. Your gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for baking and cooking. There are books, games, puzzles, and even a Wii to keep you and the kiddos entertained.
Walk out onto your 30-foot balcony from your master bedroom or from the living room and see the wonderful Gulf views while relaxing with a cup of coffee or winding down for the evening with a cold drink. Eat your meals or play games on the large patio table.
There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive, so it's easy to venture out.

We are happy to be the new owners of this amazing condo, formerly known as Lucky''s Hideaway. We are also owners of Maravilla #2209, a two-bedroom unit in Building 2. We fell in love with the emerald beaches of Miramar Beach about 7 years ago. Our boys love all the amenities that Maravilla has to offer including the two pools, hot tub and tennis courts.

It was great!
The condo was very clean and right on the beach. Beach access was easy and it was beautiful! Best part was the beach service. Imagine walking out to your own lounge chairs and umbrellas! Very nice! I will definitely go back! And bring friends! I stayed in contact with the owner and she was great! Very nice!
Home awayy from home!
Great location and accommodations, the hosts were truly thoughtful in their setup for guests.
Kitchen is well equipped, overall decor is tasteful and beachy.
We truly enjoyed our stay with much love and laughter with family and friends.

Condo was extremely clean & well maintained. Owner is great to deal with. Very responsive & accommodating. Plan on renting this unit again in the future.
A Very Nice Stay
We stayed at this condo for the months of January and February, 2018. The overall complex was great. Upgrades were ongoing including the exterior railings, elevators, painting entryway doors, and ongoing maintenance and upkeep. The amenities were great including the parking, pools, luggage/grocery carts, etc.
This particular unit was quite nice. Each unit is maintained differently by different owners. Our unit was nice and clean and the new owners had some upgrades done during our stay. The advantage of our unit included an east side view, close to the front which afforded a nice view of the Gulf. Some changes/upgrades are already underway since our departure. The washer/dryer units were relatively new and worked great! The newness of the kitchens vary throughout the complex. Some have granite lower level counters. While this one has a higher step level Formica top, it was in good condition. The unit has newer flooring throughout and some changes/upgrades are planned for the two bathrooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay. We would love to return to this facility.

As new owners of this unit, we discovered a few maintenance items of our own. These,have been taken care of and we're looking forward to our busy season. We also are busy planning a kitchen remodel as well as a spa-like upgrade to the master bath. We will be posting new pictures of changes as we go along.

Our rates on this condo are listed as a daily rate; but if you book 7 consecutive nights, you will receive a 5% discount.
