Relax and Refresh in this amazing 3 bedroom condo at the beautiful, family oriented Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach. Located on the second floor of building 1, you will have gorgeous views of the gulf from the master bedroom and the balcony. This non-smoking unit is pet friendly to small lap-type dogs and can accommodate 9 people comfortably. There are TWO large king bed suites as well as a 3rd bedroom with built-in twin-over-full bunk (new in 2020). There is also a new pull-out sofa with a comfy mattress for 2 more people. There's even a pack-n-play, high chair and umbrella stroller if you have a little one. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own Smart TV and there are also 2 DVD players in the unit.

Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach on our brand new beach ramp (no steps!). Here you will be provided with complimentary beach service, which includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas (normally March - October) Need more chairs than that? There are at least 2 or more beach chairs in the unit for you to use. There are also beach toys, beach towels and beach bags available.

Maravilla has two pools - one Gulf front and one heated - a whirlpool, work-out room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach.

This recently REMODELED unit includes shaker cabinets and quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and designer porcelain tile floors. Furniture and decor will have you feeling relaxed and at home in no time. Your gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for baking and cooking. There are books, games, and puzzles to keep you and the kiddos entertained.

Both bathrooms have also been remodeled in the fall of 2018. The master bath now has a walk-in shower with white subway tile. Ship-lap on the bathroom walls matches the shiplap in the kitchen and the entryway. The 2nd bath has a new bathtub with white subway tile surround.

Walk out onto your 30-foot balcony from your master bedroom or from the living room and see the wonderful Gulf views while relaxing with a cup of coffee or winding down for the evening with a cold drink. Eat your meals or play games on the large patio table.

There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive, so it's easy to venture out.
