Uniquely situated to provide unsurpassed views of Destin's amazing coastline, this pet-friendly unit at Beach Retreat boasts lavish accommodations enhanced by stunning decor and furnishings.

Without question this unit is the best location at Beach Retreat. This top floor (4th) is located directly in front of the beach access. The unit provides unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and is very quiet.
Two bedroom with Bunk area and pull out sofa. The Master faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the main living area.

It will comfortably sleep 8 for that large family vacation. Black out draperies ensure a cozy late morning or an afternoon nap while falling asleep to the sound of the surf.

On your private balcony you'll be able to read, sunbathe, listen to the gentle waves, take in the views, or enjoy a cup of coffee and the morning views while watching the dolphins just off shore. At the end of the day you'll wind down to breath-taking views of the sunset.

The condo was perfect and had tons of helpful things! The closet had hangers, the beds were comfy, and they provided plenty of towels for us. The nightstands and the best charging stations for all your devices. We liked them so much I bought two on Amazon to have at home! the only thing missing was a box fan, but nothing 20 at Walmart couldn’t fix. We left it behind for the next guests to enjoy (hopefully us again next year!) The view was the best part!! Absolutely stunning, unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. Could not have asked for a better trip!

A great Christmas trip!

A wonderful property with an amazing unrestricted view of the ocean. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. We were grateful to find this little gem that also allowed us to bring our fur babies. Many thanks to Becki Downs for her hard work in making this property available to us!

Great condo ! We stayed with 7 adults which wasn’t too bad considering the bunk house room was small but would be perfect for young kids. The view is excellent and the walk to the Beach is a very short distance. The area is absolutely amazing and very close to everything you would want to do including the Destin Boardwalk area.. Also being on a private beach with included chair service was fantastic. we will definitely be coming back to this condo.

Great place!!

The place was fantastic! Easy access to the beach. Location was great. Everything you needed was just a few miles down the road and traffic was easy to get around in. With kids, an air fryer and a kurieg coffee maker would have been great to have. Also, a few more dish clothes and towels would have been nice, as they only had one of each. The best of all is that it’s pet friendly and I was able to take my fur baby. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay

There are pros and cons with this unit. The best feature obviously is the view and that’s why we pay more for an ocean view. It’s stunning. The unit was clean. But for the price point of the condo the bathrooms are completely outdated. We had shower curtains and they had mold on them. The kitchen sink only dripped water. My husband had to fill the coffee pot in the bathroom sink every morning. This is something to consider that is not the unit owners fault but the way the beach umbrellas are done drives me crazy and angry. The first day we went to the beach we told the beach guys what unit we were staying in because we had free chairs and an umbrella. They said pick anywhere that was open and not tagged. Ok… not a lot to choose from. We were in the back, far from the water. Day 2 I got up early and went down to get a better spot. All the chairs on the front were “tagged”. Ok… I asked the beach guys how to get on the front they said “first come first serve”. And they were pretty rude. Day 3. Got down even earlier and the same thing. I asked my husband to ask the beach guys how to get on the front row and what is up with the “tags”. He asked them and they told him you could reserve your chairs for 45 and that’s what the “tags” were. So at the beginning of the week people had reserved spots for the whole week. They had lied to me. If you are a condo owner you can be on the front. I just paid thousands of for the condo. Now I need for a chair on the front at the beach.

Better than pics. Unit had everything, including items for kitchen meal prep, beach fun. Great attention to detail (paper towels sealed with bow). Had dishwasher issue & it was fixed literally 5 minutes after we called Becki, who is organized, conscientious, responsive.

September 2019 Vacation

This property was great and met all our vacation needs! Newly updated, clean, beautiful view, pet friendly - all worked out excellent for us. The only thing is my email for check in was lost and I had to bother Becki but she came right to the rescue so we could get into the unit.

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW

Just got back last week from this wonderful condo; it was everything it was advertised to be and then some! 3 large King suites with accompanying bathrooms and all the amenities of home. The pictures on the internet do not do the place justice as I and everybody in my family were blown away by the ideal setting and the Million Dollar view from the ample balcony! Perfectly located and central to almost everything you would want to do while in Destin; right down the street from the huge outlet mall Ladies! I and all of my family would recommend this Condo for your perfect vacation spot while in Destin, you will not be disappointed. The pet friendly attitude was a huge plus, as I love to travel with my Shitzu who is now 16 years old and cannot be left with anyone else as he is my shadow.

Lifetime Family Memories

My family has rented this particular condo for the last two years through Becki Downs and VRBO. The condo is very nice, well maintained, well decorated, has great amenities throughout the unit. It is very spacious and great for bringing your family on vacation. The three bedrooms make it perfect for everyone to be together yet have their own space. All three bedrooms come with king size beds and their own bathrooms. The view from the balcony is priceless and the white beaches are breath taking. You get spoiled with the tranquility of this unit and the beauty of the beach. The location of the condo is very convenient to everything yet away from the crowds of the hotel area of Destin. Our entire family would highly recommend renting this awesome unit!!! Pompano Joes just down the road is a must for great food, drinks and music. There are plenty of things to do here but most of all enjoy the beach and the time with your family. Memories are forever and our vacations to Destin have made some great lifetime memories for all of us. Becki was a tremendous help in our vacation planning and booking of this unit. We look forward to renting this unit again next year and the countdown has already started for next summer.

Awesome place!

This spacious unit was tastefully decorated and very clean. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The views were spectacular from the balcony which was huge. It was convenient to everything and the beach was right across the street. It was a bonus to have two chairs and an umbrella waiting for you everyday. We brought our two dogs since it is pet friendly and they felt right at home. My family an I enjoyed our stay at Destin and look forward to it next year.

Comfortable Big Condo - Great Location - Very Nice

Condo is in a great location, convenient to almost everything we do in the area. View from the balcony is priceless. Kitchen is well equiped and the unit is very nicely (and currently) decorated. It was also perfectly clean. The bed in the master was very comfortable. This is usually our biggest gripe about other places we have visited. The beach is only a few steps away, white powder sand - perfect. Parking and access to the unit was a breeze. Although we only used one, all 3 bedrooms are large with king beds. We were very pleased. Tropical Storm Lee gave us a couple of really rainy/windy days. Can't blame that on the condo, so my wife blamed me. After it blew through, everything was beautiful.
