Our condo is in family friendly Horizon South located on the quiet and very desirable west side of Pier Park and Panama City Beach. Dedicated beach access only 100 feet from the property entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sugar sand beaches and majestic sunsets on Panama City Beach. If you like to swim, we have four pools (Main pool is heated during winter months, a large outdoor hot tub that I absolutely love and a kiddie pool that you will like for the little ones in your family.
Other amenities include tennis court, Pickleball court, pool table and shuffleboard courts. Horizon South has a large exercise room with all new equipment for your daily workout.

You will be close to the area attractions at a great value for your getaway vacation. Our gated community is located less than two miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park & Frank Brown Park. You will be a short walk away to McGuires Irish Restaurant, Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater, Salty Sue’s, Coconut’s at the Front Beach entrance. There are also several golf courses nearby. If this is your first visit to Panama City Beach, you will truly enjoy everything that is offered on the Emerald Coast of Florida and especially the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” You just don’t have that on the Atlantic Coast.

Your vacation condo features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and Samsung 65” Smart Television with Roku. You will have available a drip and K-cup type coffee makers to add to your morning delight. Sunrise on the patio is exceptional. So, take your coffee outside and enjoy. Do you like to grill? You will have an outdoor charcoal grill for cooking delicious smoked foods.

If you have questions during your stay, guess what? We are nearby as onsite owners and only a phone call away. We want you and your family to create a wonderful memory and sincerely appreciate having you as our guest.

Our condo has a king bed in the downstairs, smart TV and two queen beds upstairs and ROKU TV in living area and both bedrooms.

The kitchen is well stocked if you desire to prepare meals. You will have an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Morning coffee can be prepared with a drip coffee maker and/or Keurig style coffee maker.
Living room has a couch, loveseat and chairs.

Horizon South is a gated condominium complex and gate code will be provided before your arrival. We have entries/exits off both Front Beach Road and US Highway 98 (Also known as the Panama City Beach Parkway). There are very few complexes with this added availability.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Place all used dishes & coffee basket in dishwasher, soap & start wash cycle. Leave all used towels in the downstairs bathtub Leave all unmade beds intact. Remove all trash and take bags to compactor.
Adjust thermostat to 75 summer/65 winter. Check all drawers for clothes and personal items and outlets for charging items. Thank you for being our guest!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS allowed for short-term rental guests. NO RENTAL OR OWNED GOLF CARTS, UTV's, ATV's, Slingshots or similar for non-owners or short-term guests.
At no time are events, parties, or loud music allowed in doors or on the outside patio. Quiet time is 11:00PM to 7:00AM

Clean and close to beach

The perfect getaway. Very well kept condo. It was spotless, affordable, and close to the beach. Met one of the owners and she was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The pools were amazing and being able to walk to the beach instead of having to drive and find parking was great. Loved that you supplied some beach and pool things for the kids. Would stay there again!

My family stayed for a week and the condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed including pool toys, chairs, a beautiful patio, heated pools, and spacious rooms. Only minor issue was we ran out of trash bags and towels but not even enough to complain about. Overall we had a great stay!!!!

This condo was beautiful and clean..it’s in a gated community with 4 pools and just 5 minutes walk to the beach ..had everything you needed for a beach trip, chairs and umbrellas so just bring your Beach towels ..hands down one of the best places to stay

My friends and I had a great stay here! Gary was super nice and communicated well with us. The condo was cute and clean. PCB BASEBALL TOURNAMENT

Our host, Gary, was a very responsive host. Our stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious, which was only a short walk across the street to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Our host had fully equipped the kitchen and bathroom with all items needed. A BBQ grill was also located on the patio for our use and beach items were located in the outside closet. The amenities for the resort were tremendous, four swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, and miniature golf. The resort is centrally located near many shopping areas and restaurants I highly recommend Gary’s condo for your family.

Enjoyed so much more!I have been using VRBO for 20 years.Communication started before we arrived in PCB. Gary took the time to ask when our flight arrival was. When we landed I received a message to let me know the condo was ready for self check in. This was a wonderful surprise!The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a day at the ocean... beach chairs, umbrellas a small cooler and wagon. The walk to the beach is easy and we also ate at a couple restaurants within walking distance. We recommend having the Volcano shrimp from Coconuts and lunch or dinner at McGuires Irish Pub.The condo was very clean and we felt safe staying at Horizon South!

I did not like the surprise 20 band for each guest that stays and 25 parking tag. That’s on top of what you pay in booking fees and the stay, etc… That was no where listed that requirement when we booked. Construction is a nightmare, we found out about it the day of. Also, leaving in and out of the facility with traffic isn’t any better. Would come to Panama again, just not sure I would stay with horizon.

Horizon South - Wonderful Experience

We were very pleased with our overall monthly long stay at Horizon South. Condo was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The owner, Gary, was awesome to deal with and made sure our stay was pleasant. Any requests were handled immediately. I would rate the condo 9 out of 10. The only glitch with Horizon South was the pools. Only one pool is heated and there was an ongoing problem with the pool heater.During the month I was only able to use the pool two times. Other folks commented that the pool heater not working has been an ongoing issue every year for quite some time. Hopefully the pool heater issue can be resolved on a permanent basis as this is a deterrent for guests. Thank you.

We were in PCB for a baseball tournament. The rental had everything we needed and met our needs. We weren't sure of scheduling past the first 2 days, so didn't want to spend on a beach front property if we didn't have time to go! We were close enough to walk over twice and used the pools a few times. We did miss the beach views but that wasn't the purpose of our trip so it was fine!

July 4th stay

Everything was perfect. The condo was exactly has described the weather although extremely hot was perfect the beach was beautiful has always water calm and that beautiful turquoise color. We absolutely loved our stay at this rental unit. It was perfect for our needs. Great location, very clean, nice furnishings. The one small surprise was that we hadn't planned on having to spend an extra $20 per person to use the facilities (pool, mini golf, tennis courts, etc.)...it is a mandatory fee that isn't included in the rental. This was no fault of the owners/hosts who were extremely nice and helpful.

My name is Gary, my wife Deb and I are happy to be owners of this property. Our goal is to provide a comfortable clean home away from home for you and your family to enjoy your vacation. We like to travel and really love beach vacations and especially Panama City Beach. We are onsite owners and love it know our guests enjoy the place we have available for them. What makes this property special to us is the close proximity to the beach with a 600 step walk to see the beauty unfold each day. We enjoy the morning sun that shines brightly on the private fenced outdoor patio while sipping on a hot cup of my morning coffee, while contemplating daily activities. Panama City Beach has so much to offer families. The gulf coast is known as the emerald coast which means you have beautiful white sand beaches across the street to enjoy. You have great restaurants to sample as well as excellent shopping and nightlife all within a few miles of the condo. What is not to enjoy about all that?

Why they chose this property

Horizon South has so much to offer for young families including: four swimming pools, one kiddie pool, large hot tub, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, miniature putting golf course, all new equipment in workout room and of course the beach. The location on the west side of Panama City Beach is what many vacationers have called "quiet and peaceful" with easy access in and out. You can take advantage of all the family activities in and around the area and when you return you may find you feel as though you have found your home away from home to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our condo property gives you a clean, comfortable place to relax when the day is done. The patio and charcoal grill allow you to grill delicious smoked foods when not visiting many of the local restaurants at Panama City Beach. The two-story loft concept makes you feel like you are in a larger home, yet it has a warm cozy layout and a great atmosphere for enjoying family time.

There are some important rules to follow. Horizon South requires all guests to purchase a parking pass for a maximum of (2) vehicles and armbands for those over 5 yrs of age that must be worn at all times on the premises.
Horizon South has a “NO PETS” policy for guests staying less than 60 Days. All long term guests/ snowbirds must meet this requirement and receive a pet leash sleeve from Horizon South for the leash of their
NON-OWNERS and GUESTS are not allowed to have PERSONALLY Owned or Rental golf carts, ATV’s, Slingshots, UTV’s or motorized scooters or any like recreational vehicles on Horizon South premises.
Speed limit is 10 MPH
Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am.
