I have a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street of the bustling Lewes Road, next to pubs, coffee bars, supermarkets, a bus stop and just 20 minutes walk to the heart of the city.

It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect for a home away from home in Brighton.

2 double beds with high end, extremely comfortable double mattresses and 1 double sofa bed. The sunny south-west facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area.

Free street parking for 1 vehicle.

Fantastic little house

We had a really great stay in Gabbys house. It was so clean and so homely and had everything you need for a stay. We were a family group of six getting together to visit the University’s open days. Great location. Really quiet but close to shops and transport and walkable into town. I would absolutely stay again.

Centrally located house, well equipped with a gorgeous backyard garden. Gabby is a very friendly host and answers very quickly in case of questions. We enjoyed a lot. Great recommendation for a stay in Brighton with max. 4 adults.

We enjoyed our stay. Some building works impacted a little negatively but this was not within Gabby's hands to control. Gabby was very responsive and helpful.

Pleasant stay in quaint property

Cozy property, felt like "a home", nice touches (soaps, fresh bread, milk, eggs + tea & coffee available etc.) Parking availability was 50-50, but space always available around the corner in the next street. Large supermarket very nearby (open until 10pm). Easy walk (15 minutes) to downtown. Park, take away food, coffee shops & a few restaurants all very nearby.
