Located on the Island’s northern coastline, amongst the hustle and bustle of central Cowes, is Franks - a Grade II listed, second-floor apartment, ideally situated to make the most of the nearby bars, restaurants and independent retailers. Well-equipped and homely, with views of the sea from the lounge, it makes the perfect base for any Isle of Wight getaway.

After stepping through the front door and heading up to the second floor, visitors to Franks will find a bright and comfortable apartment, centred around a restful living room with an L-shaped sofa and Smart TV. Next door is the kitchen with everything you’d expect for the perfect self-catering stay (including oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle) as well as a dining table for four.

Franks has two inviting double bedrooms (both of which can be converted to twins on request). The master comes with its own modern shower room, whilst the second bedroom makes use of the family bathroom - complete with bathtub and overhead shower.

There is private parking for two cars to the front of the house.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including WIFI, utilities, bed linen and towels.
