Fantastic and modern apartment located in a very quiet private urbanization. Furnished, with a large terrace and impressive views over the port, surrounded mountains and Sóller. It has a kitchen, living room and air conditioning in all rooms. The terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and loungers for sunbathing. Pool to share between the 3 apartments. Not recommended for people with limited mobility, since access is through stairs.
We recommend arriving by car, as the apartments are on a hill and the supermarket is not close. Easy parking.
The beach, restaurants and shops are a 15-minute walk away.
Pool: 7.50x3.90m. Depth:1.20-1.70m

Spectacular view

Wonderful location overlooking the port of Soller. Peaceful, absorbing vibe with the light of evening altering the mountain hues from minute to minute. Steep climb up from the port really requires car transport unless you feel ultra-fit.
Port view, tram is a must, free Picasso exhibition in Soller train station and Soller cathedral

Nice view, laidback athmosphere

The apartman and its terasse has a beautiful view over Port de Soller. A car is recommended. The host is very helpful, Regina gave us a lot of information, the communication was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It's a nice place overall. The walk to the beach really takes like 15 minutes but includes about 70 meters of height difference.

Comfortable stay with fantastic views. Port Soller has many bars and restaurants to choose from. Soller town a short tram ride away and well worth a visit. The pool was welcoming after a hot day sightseeing.. The owners where great and very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Fab view Spacious apartment

The apartment is wonderfully spacious for 2. It is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the added bonus of a fab view. The apartment has big picture windows overlooking the bay. it is a pleasant 20 minute walk down to the town and a bit longer on the way up.

Great stay

The house and views are better than expected. We walked and didn’t get a car (it was very difficult and steep as could be but we just about managed it) would definitely go with the recommendation of getting a car. The downside to the place was the salt water being the only water in the whole apartment which we hadn’t realised before. Overall the owners were great and it was a lovely place to stay.

Everything about the apartment itself was very good,clean,spacious and very quiet. The views were stunning given the elevated location but as a regular walker i never hire cars on holiday, walking up in the day heat was not enjoyable although I did it every day and as far as I know i'm still alive. Regina (the host) was friendly without being intrusive and if you ever need lemons...well. So highly recommend but you really do need transport to fully enjoy.

Incredible view

The VRBO photos don't do the view justice, it is incredible for the price point. We were very happy with the condo location and the property's private pool. I would warn US travelers that there is no dryer for clothes and towels, furnishings are basic, and that the water in the condo is not drinkable. Be prepared to have a car to transport bottled water & what else you need for your stay up the steep hill. These inconveniences will seem minor once you open the condo windows up and enjoy the breezes & stunning view of Port Soller! We rate it a 5 for price point. We hope to return to this beautiful place, one of the best towns we visited on the island.

Lovely apartment with superb views and great pool

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apartment which was comfortable and well appointed. There was a large patio with chairs, sun beds and table to relax on. The views over Port de Sóller and the mountains are superb and there is a lovely pool to cool off in. We didn’t have a car which did mean a bit of a climb up the hill so we are very fit by the end of our holiday. There’s lots of restaurants to choose from in Port de Sóller and easy access to the old tram to Sóller. The only downside is that there isn’t any drinking water in the apartment and without a car it meant a lot of water carrying. If you go without a car would recommend getting a supermarket load and a taxi from the other side of the bay.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht

Wir hatten es wunderbar, die Lage und die Aussicht war perfekt! Die Ausstattung hervorragend , es war alles da , was man braucht.Lediglich die Spülmaschine war in keinem guten Zustand, verrostet und auch essensrückstände , da wäre vielleicht mal ein neues Gerät Nordafrika !

Tolle Lage, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Gut: Atemberaubend schöne Sicht auf die Bucht, die Berge und den Ort; Betten und Matratzen gerade richtig; erholsamer ruhiger Schlaf; Tolle Terrasse ; gut ausgestattete Küche; Deutsche TV-Sender ; Außenjalosien gegen Sonne und auch für die Sicherheit bei etwas einsamer LageSchlecht: Renovierungslärm eines kleinen Hauses direkt gegenüber; Scheiben im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer teilweise blind ; Toaster veraltet, Wasserkocher mit Kalk, Kühlschrank zu kalt und zu laut- Gemüse gefriert ;Bad feucht - Handtücher trocknen nur draußen;Abflussabdeckung im Bad erneuerungswürdig genauso wie der Badezimmerschrank. Haken fallen von der Wand; Couchen sind abgedeckt, warum auch immerBadezimmertür verzogen und klemmt. Appartment war nicht 100% sauber. Trotzdem haben wir hier eine super Urlaubswoche verbracht, da man von hier aus viele Ziele erreichen kann und der Ort selber toll ist. Auto ist ratsam!

Die Ferienwohnung in die Jahre gekommen

Vieles in der Wohnung ist alt und teilweise kaputt , habe Bilder , die ich jedoch leider nicht runterladen kann , denn erzählen kann man viel , ein Bild sagt jedoch mehr als 1000 Worte.Schöne Aussicht , jedoch durch trübe Fenster .Kriegt man nicht weggeputzt , was ist das ? Hotelbett hat wahnsinnig quietsch .Toilette war lose und man wackelte beim raufsetzen .Im Bad löst sich der Badezimmerschrank auf .Viele kleine Dreckstellen an den Wänden und Decken ( totgeschlagene Mücken - Blut - ) , was soll das ? Wer bin ich den als Gast das ich mir sowas angucken muss ? Wir mussten erstmal eine Grundreinigung vornehmen .Schöner kleiner Kamin der alles wohlich warm machte.Heizung über Klimaanlage war auch gut .

Erholung pur!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne und entspannende Zeit in einer wunderschönen, sehr sauberen , geräumigen Wohnung, mit traumhaftem Blick in die Bucht, einer riesigen Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum sehr einladenden Pool! Regina war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die zu jeder Zeit für uns ansprechbar war! Nach einer Woche bekamen wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher und es war sogar frisch geputzt! Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit! Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!
