Holiday home in Soller with pool and amazing views.

This very comfortable, and well maintained stone built Casita (cottage) has everything you would need for the perfect getaway.

The property boasts a private salt water swimming pool on a terrace that enjoys spectacular and panoramic views of the Tramuntana monuntains and the Sóller valley.

The property has air-conditioning throughout.The bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed (160x200). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso maker etc.) ideal for romantic meals at home either inside at the dining area, or outside on the terrace.

A charming stone terrace just in front of the casita is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the Mallorcean morning sun. There is a bright sitting room with a large & comfortable L-shaped sofa & 50 inch TV.

There is hot & cold air conditioning in this open-plan room too and a wood burning stove for the cooler months. There is a washing machine room to the side of the house and ample space behind the house to dry clothes.

The view from the property is astounding, making it the ideal location for couples wanting to get away from it all in complete privacy.

The property has all the necessary services for you to enjoy your holiday as if you were at home. Each booking is handled personally with attention to detail.

The property offers an ideal and popular location, between September through to Spring, for walkers and cyclists. Many walks are right on your doorstep!

There is a large sunbathing area with sun loungers to enjoy the views, peace and tranquility.

The garden and grounds are maintained regularly.

A charcoal BBQ available to you on the front terrace.

The roads in Sóller are very narrow and at times challenging, and the access to the casita is no different. We highly recommend that you hire a very small car. The perfect car is a Fiat 500 or equivalent.

Incredibly cozy and well-maintained property with an amazing view of the mountains surrounding Soller. The Soller center square was about a 10 minute walk from the property, but be prepared for the hills leading down/up. Marcus was a great host and communication regarding check-in and things to do in Soller was top-notch. My wife cried when we had to leave.Regarding the property access, make sure you rent a small car (our Fiat 500 did great) or else risk not being able to make it up the tiny access road.

Perfect house for 2 people. The view of the mountains from the main living space and yard is incredible. Well located for exploring Soller by foot with a short but steep uphill return to the house. Marcus was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the Casita in beautiful, natural surroundings. All facilities were accurately described and the atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. Breath taking views in all directions. Very clean throughout. Scruffy the cat was a bonus comfort. Once down at the main road we could easily navigate our way by foot or car. A truly joyous week spent here. Would highly recommend.

A Wonderful Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Soller, particularly the views in the evening. It was a good base from which to explore all parts of the island. Our host, Marcus was very responsive to any questions we had, and we returned feeling relaxed and looking forward to returning to Soller in the future.

Great Stay

The property was lovely, well maintained, clean and just perfect for our long weekend getaway. We were glad we hired a smaller car for the drive from the main road (had been advised to by the owner of the property) but the walk down to Soller was easy (slightly harder going back up but not a problem). Great restaurant recommendations from the owner too. Would return & would highly recommend.

Fourth time at this delightful Casita

We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!

This is a perfect place for a paradise get away. It was nice to be away from the summer crowds yet so easy to get everywhere. It’s easy to park your house at the car with an easy walk to Soller and public transportation. Great communication from Marcus. The home is spacious yet cozy, quiet and the outdoor views are spectacular! I would definitely stay here again!

Casita Magnífica

We spent three weeks in the casita and feel well qualified to give this a five star review. Cozy and comfortable home with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of privacy and sunshine. Marcus and Tiffany live just up the hill and were always available for local advice. We navigated the hill Just fine in our Fiat 500. We loved the town of Sóller and the access to hiking trails. Great location.

Beautiful Casita

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the casita. Marcus was the perfect host - extremely communicative and full of helpful recommendations. The casita is perfectly situated, about a 10 minute walk outside the centre of Soller with incredible views of the town and the mountains. The pool area is very private and is ideal for relaxing. The casita itself is very well equipped and even nicer than the pictures. Outdoor cat Scruffy was an added bonus! If you are looking for a place in Soller then I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus and Tiffany’s place. We would love to return!

Wonderful stay in Soller

The house was great. The pool was wonderful to come back to each afternoon for our siestas. The views are truly outstanding. The house comes with a little cat called scruffy too which is a lovely little addition. Marcus gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. The only thing we would say- and this apparently is a thing in all of Spain- but when you rent a house you are not supplied with things like toilet paper, hand soap etc. Not a major concern but just good for people to know before they get there. Would highly recommend this place- it was a wonderful way to end our 6 week holiday.

Perfect retreat

We stayed for three nights from January 1-4 and it was a perfect start into the New Year! Not only was the weather a real treat, with 17-20C and sunny, but the Casita is simply a dream, too. Super cosy at the fire in the evenings and very nicely decorated, with everything you need, and at a location that is marvellous, with a view on the mountains that take your breath away. The outside patio, garden and pool are lovely, too, we would have liked to have more time to enjoy it! We hiked up the mountains one day and were rewarded with a spectacular view on a mountain lake and Soller. Lots of beautiful places to explore nearby, we would love to come back and see more! Marcus is a super friendly and helpful host, gave us great advice and was always available in case of questions we had. The drive up to the house is a bit adventureous and needs a small car and good driver... but you get used to it... Thank you for this wonderful stay, Marcus and Tiffany!

Tranquil and spectacular

This is the most spectacularly located casita, on the hill opposite to Sóller. It just isn’t overlooked.We’ve returned multiple times and it’s a slick process throughout.Super comfy bed with crisp high-count linens and duvet. Fluffy bathroom towels, plus separate for sun beds.Very effective A/C, although the stone walls keep all but high temperatures at bay.We buy fish from the local market and cook on the excellent Weber kettle BBQ which comes with the starter chimney and Weber briquettes - meaning it’s going in 5 minutes.Dishwasher and washing machine - so we go home with virtually no washing to do - makes a change for a holiday…!View from the pool is amazing - and there’s plenty of space to move the comfortable sun beds in or out of the sun, into the shade of the greenery, or under the large umbrella as you wish.Plenty of crockery and there’s always a good selection of condiments - we certainly add to that collection!The most adorable little cat - Scruffy - is your resident pet. She’s getting on a little now, but really appreciates not only the food, but also keeps you company.It’s 10 mins walk right to the centre of town, which takes you past a well-stocked supermarket, so easy to pick up supplies on your way back.

Five Nights in Soller

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is small and basic, but the setting and views are beautiful. The cottage was as it seems on the website, and our communication with property management was good. We were forewarned about the drive up to the cottage from the main road in Soller. Not for the feint of heart (or anyone with a larger rental car). You can walk in to the heart of Soller very easily although the return walk up a steep narrow road is not for the unfit. One suggestion: the property's furnishings are tired and could use a little refreshing. For this price point, one expects a little more. Everything is Ikea, with a lot of chips, scratches and wear. The furniture is well worn, and the couch looks like it should be set to the road for pickup. My bath towel had a hole in it. Grill but no charcoal. No dish soap. Small points perhaps, but easily remedied and the difference between good and great. Oh, and you get a bonus cat. Scruffy is an outdoor cat and very friendly.

Wonderful Property

We loved staying here! This property is charming and comfortable and its location is stellar. The stone house is well designed, cozy, and has a nice open floor plan. The bed and couch are very comfortable. The large outdoor space is lovely, especially given that the property has a gorgeous view of the Sóller valley and mountains above it. We opted to park at the bottom of the very steep, windy, and narrow road, but enjoyed the slight extra walk as we made our way to and from town each day. We found the walk to town very quick. We loved that there was an outdoor cat - Scruffy - who stopped by to say hi from time to time. Marcus was a great host - very helpful, and went above and beyond to aid us. He is also an excellent responsive communicator. I think it may be helpful to mention that the house has non-potable water and that the hot water does not last if you need to take a particularly long shower. The short road up to the house, as mentioned, is very difficult to drive. However, in my opinion, these small inconveniences are just something to be aware of and should not dissuade anyone from staying at this wonderful home.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der gemütlichen Finca. Soller war Fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Besitzer der Finca Markus war sehr nett und immer erreichbar, wenn wir was wissen wollten. Um die Finca zu erreichen, sollte man wirklich ein sehr kleines Auto anmieten. Der Weg zur Einfahrt ist sehr steil und sehr eng. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Finca weiter empfehlen.

Toller Ausblick über die Stadt auf das Tramuntana Gebirge

Geeamteindruck: super!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn es Anfang Februar eher kühl im Haus war (da helfen Klimaanlage und Ofen). Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an besser als als vorbildlich. Obwohl nahe der Hauptstrasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Weil alle auf die Notwendigkeit eines Kleinwagens hinweisen: ja, das ist wirklich so. Die ca. 250 Meter lange und steile Zufahrtstrasse ist anfangs schmal und wird dann einigen Stellen deutlich schmaler, soviel dazu. Das Haus/ Grundstück ist sehr schön (Pool haben wir nicht genutzt). Bad ist okay, Bett/Matratze gut, der Wohn-Kochbereich gut ausgestattet. TV nicht genutzt. Scruffy kommt täglich vorbei, möchte Futter und die eine und andere Streicheleinheit. Gefallen hat uns außerdem, dass man schnell fußläufig ins Centrum von Sóller kommt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub (7 Tage)

I first noticed this property and the land that surrounds it many years ago during our walks through Sóller and up the mountains. By chance, I met an elderly couple who were moving back home and they shared their love of Sóller and this particular stretch of mountain and I too fell in love with it! There is something very special about the place, you can enjoy the wonder and beauty of the views, scenery and ever changing light, and yet be so close to the town and Port. Everything you could want and more.
